Very satisfied with this pet policy and the ease in which they processed my claim. My 8 month old Rottweiler masticatory muscle myosotis (lock jaw) which meant she couldn't eat. The vets diagnosed the problem quickly and treated her accordingly. After paying my initial excess the bill came to a grand which the Post Office settled with the vets immediately. Thanks to this P.O. pet policy they took all the worry out of our claim. And our "Bella" is making a great recovery and will be right as rain in no time. Highly recommend.... 10/10.

I have had to use my pet post office insurance policy.
I have had really good service my vet puts my claims through I get a mail from the post office to say they have received it.
Then another when it's payed in to my account I am pleased with the service and would recommend them.

Even though there was a few things we accidentally did not put on our original quote they still paid out our claim as they were things different to the thing we were claiming for so was very impressed and they paid out within days would highly recommend Post Office Pet Insurance

Great pet insurance provider.
My cat was very poorly with heart failure & sadly had to be put to sleep three weeks later at an emergency vet during the night.
The pawtal system was quick & efficient & made claiming ongoing costs back much less stressful during this awful time..
