Semi friendly staff.

The first person I spoke to was very helpful and made the application process smooth.

When I called Monday to inquire when the loan would be available in my acct. I had a very rude / dry employee who made it seem that I should’ve known the answers to my questions.

Post Lake Lenders gave me hope

I've been looking for lenders for the last couple of weeks now and not have been successful than post called me I guess I started the process and never finished after so many attempts with other lenders I just started to give up but post made me feel hopeful and I was approve and the service was fast and they responded back in timely manner, they gave me hope because I needed a lender to actually approve me I'm in a bad situation where I'm living at and need to move but have no funds all though they approved me for little amount it's okay since they explained to me how it works I'm just happy that this lender gave me a chance and I'm grateful
