Worst company and service. They are misogynistic men who ignore you if you're a woman. They did a poor installation and I've reported faults numerous times when the carpet is in warranty and no response from any of their team. I call and no answer. 2 seconds later my friend who's a male calls and they pick up straight away and communicate with them. They shouldn't be trading and should be reported as they are truly unethical.
