First of all, Posh is great. My situation was unique I had multiple lines of businesses each needed it’s own phone number and answering. They were able to design a custom solution to fit all of my expansive needs at a cost-effective rate. Now when you call each of my businesses they are answered 24/7 with a unique greeting per the line.

Posh has completely replaced my phone system as their app is amazing and I can dial out through the app. My phone is no longer field with Spam that I can’t answer and I’m not missing important client calls.

The flow is designed to my exact specification and they are very coachable if I ever want to change something. Would 10/10 recommend.

I had planned on using Posh on a interim basis, and for nights and weekends. But they were so good, that I went full time using them. I knew I made the right decision using them, just from the compliments my customers paid them.`

The POSH team is great! They have been a great asset to our business. They are like an extension of our CS team.

The POSH team is great, polished and has great systems to really become an extension of our customer support and ticket team for both everyday use and times when we are flooded with inquiry.

I’m not the type to leave online reviews, but I felt I had to report my experience with Posh. I give 3 stars because everything was going great with my onboarding process until we had to make an update to my call script. I was first told the updates would take 30 minutes, then was told 24 hours, then was told to be patient, and then my multiple follow-up e-mails went unanswered. Very unusual for this business to become unresponsive and disappear without an explanation. I’ve since decided to start working with a different virtual receptionist service that can send messages via fax (Posh sends messages only via SMS, e-mail, and their app), which works out better anyway for my business.

UPDATE: Downgrading my review to 2 stars because Posh failed to address the issue (their unresponsiveness) in their response. Why were they unable to deliver on their promise?

Absolutely great service for me and my small business! POSH always responds quickly to my concerns and the phone app is VERY convenient. I'm glad I found them and I hope to grow with them as the business grows too. Thanks!

I found Posh via an online search for virtual assistants and answering services who offer Spanish/English (bilingual) services at an affordable rate. I tried the 7 days FREE trial and then did not move forward until I realized I was either (a) not returning calls from potential clients or (b) spending too much trying to remember who I called or didn't...than 2 weeks later I hired Posh.

My experience has been phenomenal! They answer my calls 24/7 and accommodate my Spanish speaking clients. They send me emails or texts via their portal or my preferred method. I can task them outbound calls to schedule appointments, make appointment reminder calls, and/or for something completely out of the ordinary like scheduling a reservation or other appointment for me. They'll even communicate with me after a request is completed or to provide the status on it.

I can accept calls when I am able to and when I am unable to the Posh receptionist will appropriately schedule a client or route it based on my personalized protocols.

I researched tons of places- virtual and local- and Posh offered the best service for the best affordability.

We have been using POSH services since early 2021 and we have been pleased with their systems and staffing. Implementation was quick and seamless, and their team is communicative and responsive. We are very happy with the service.

I agreed to 300 a month and my bill turned out to be 1200 a month! They are nice until you question the bill and then they are not nice anymore. Messages came in incorrect. Not happy.

I've tried literally 10 virtual receptionist companies and Posh handles call the best.
