Dealt directly with James Eadington when acquiring my used approved Macan S, Couldn’t as for a better service, James tailored my first time experience with Porsche to ensure I was well informed and comfortable throughout.
James went the extra mile by personally collected me from the local railway station.
So far the car has been exceptional and firmly believe Porsche Newcastle deliver above and beyond the Porsche standard.

It was an incredibly stress free experience and James went above and beyond to ensure that I was kept informed of everything that was going on and I never had to chase anyone. James was thoroughly knowledgeable about the car and was able to get me up to speed on the car rapidly.

Excellent experience from start to finish. What a fabulous evening Porsche gave us. We are so grateful.

I felt very welcome when I visited the Porsche centre in Newcastle to pick up my new Boxster S. The sales person James Eadington was really patient with us and spent ages explaining details of the car as it spun on the turntable in the handover suite. It was an amazing experience, and we are so very happy with our new car.

My Taycan was delivered last week from a dealer not local to me and I had a charging question. Went to my local Porsche dealer at Silverlink and Fraser Watson was more than helpful; first class service.

After spending 14 days test driving aston martin ,jaguar, and porsche,bmw, and on deciding on which way forward to which car to go far as to each the porsche came out as to my final decision and salesman and staff first class,recommend porsche siverlink

Absolutely the best car buying experience I've had (and I've had a few) Stuart and his colleagues could not have been more helpful and welcoming to myself and my family, nothing was too much trouble which made the whole process, well not like a process at all really it was just nice afternoon at the dealership and I ended up with a fabulous car with no stress
