Absolutely appalling service. You are never updated, your calls and emails are ignored. Unprofessional rude staff. The solicitors are part of the same group so you are never updated. My whole chain completed and moved leaving only myself who is buying through Bagshaws. I have had to go to Land registry directly to get any update, Information is not given in a timely manner to my solicitor. Avoid at all costs!

I was recently helped by Amrit the sales negotiator at Bagshaws Residential in Derby City to sell my property, and I could not fault Amrit’s service. From day one, her communication was top-tier and so prompt. Amrit and the whole team were always on hand to answer questions, provide updates, and even gently chase solicitors to keep the chain moving.Their market knowledge and negotiation skills truly set them apart, ensuring I secured the best deal possible. Booked an appointment two weeks in advance. Got a voice message two days before saying the appointment was inconvenient for them because they had another appointment later that day. I did not respond because I did not want to rearrange the appointment. So then they just cancelled my appointment. Very rude, very unprofessional will not use again.

Would like to give zero.
In my opinion l was lied to continuously about my sale . The manager Helen (Ashbourne, Derbyshire) breached my confidentiality and lied to my face. My ‘purchaser’ who should have been checked prior to offer ‘ was in no way proceed-able. Months wasted . Avoid .
On going legal complaint .

Unethical company ! Sold the property that was sold to me, behind my back, and didn't even bother telling me! I found out when I phoned and asked for the vendors solicitors details.

As a first time buyer and wanting to get the best deal after looking for so long to find the right property, I was extremely impressed with the service Taylor Massey gave me. She’s really on the ball when it comes to supporting and guiding you through the process - thank you for all your help!

I wanted to sell my house in Mickleover and the advice I got from Taylor Massey was excellent e.g., how to modernise the house where and how and then put it back on the market, which I will do. Amazing because I could have lost money.

Would highly recommend bagshaws.dealt with a lovely professional lady called Chelsea.from start to finish she kept me informed of the sale of my house and I was very impressed with her.great company

Mickleover Office:
We recently had a property viewing and a young chap from the Mickleover Office (Raushan) was showing us around the bungalow he was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble to him. Unfortunately, we weren't able to secure a purchase but following this experience we'd look at using Bagshaw's to purchase a property in the future.

I don’t recommend
Very poor customer service
Seventeen weeks snd no viewings
Rude receptionists and disinterested agents
Condescending attitude towards customers
Behave as though customer is a nuisance, no feedback and no evidence of any marketing except rightmove and Zoopla
Their photographer was abysmal and lazy

Bakewell Office.
They rarely answer the phone. Once rang 30 times in succession before they answered. Our estate agent had the same problem. They could not be bothered to tell their client of our revised offer.
I would not touch them with a barge pole. There are much better alternatives.

Debbie was absolutely brilliant and a lovely woman! Reported a problem and she contacted someone straight away to come and get it sorted. 5* rating!

I met Helen Ellis at Bagshaw’s in Ashbourne and she couldn’t have been more helpful with the potential sale of my house. She gave really great advice and was polite and totally professional throughout.

By far the best lettings company!! I was with another agency but they let me down at the last minute but bagshaw was able to get me moved in 3 days! Thank you Sophie & Rob
