Incredibly hard to cancel, 8 months ago I requested to cancel and because I didnt reply with my life on the reason I wanted to cancel I have been paying for 8 months without using the service.

Use an alternative service.

Forces you to send an entire email to them, explain why you want to cancel, they will then read the email and message you back to say it's cancelled.

Put a simple unsubscribe button.

I love you guys, you have made my life so much easier with your alt-text generator. You saved me god only knows how much time.

A great and simple to use lead generation and email capture system. We are relatively new and need to increase our email list. We intend on using popsmart to do exactly that. We used it in version 1 and it was great. Bring on version 2

I encountered an issue with using pop-up windows from two different companies simultaneously. It was a somewhat tricky problem, but it was addressed promptly and actively. I appreciate the friendly and quick response in the messaging window.

We wanted to test some Black Friday offers for an educational company, but we didn't have the programmers to do everything in time and nicely. So I hurriedly searched for no-code solutions and, after testing a few, settled on PopupSmart. Wonderful thing! I fully customized popups as I wanted and made integration with services (Zoho CRM, FB Pixel) through Zapier. Tech support was very responsive and helped me to solve all problems. Thank you for such a great service and for saving us Black Friday / Cyber Monday.

I am not a tech geek or something still, I loved how easy it is to customize popups. The price is fair. New version looks super functional, I will see if it works for my business and update my review soon
