My laundry pro was so professional and kind and was very accurate on the timing of her pickup and drop off of my laundry which really meant a lot to me. The care and service that was put into the way my laundry was done was amazing. This laundry pro is amazing my clothes were folded as if they were done by true professional. This company is truly amazing and I have to say that it is one of the best companies out there that actually deliver on the service they say they provide 100%. This is a service that I will be using for a long time

I’ve been using this service since 2022 when I ended up with Covid and even though I have moved to a downstairs where I don’t have to take stuff up and down the steps, I still use the service. I think it’s changed a little. I don’t like some of the changes I used to be able not to supply my detergent and it was paid for now if you want dryer pad, you have to, and it doesn’t say if it’s load or if it’s for your whole load but overall I do recommend it to people

My laundry pro is the best. She’s so kind & quick to respond too. I love that my laundry is picked up & dropped off folded/clean. What a blessing!

I enjoy using poplin . I use their service about 4x times a month to help with my massage therapy business . Laundry is one thing I dislike doing . But with poplin it literally takes the Load off me so that I can focus on my clients and my business . The individual who picked up my laundry, did a great job. They were communicated throughout pick up, washing, and folding, and drop off. They even picked up my laundry in the morning and had it delivered that evening, a whole day sooner than expected.

I love the service. I'm 65 and I live on the second floor so dragging laundry out and back isn't as easy.
The gal who does my laundry has always been prompt, and attentive. I asked her not to roll my socks and showed her a Pic of how I prefer. Shes been very gracious and accommodating.
My cloths come back nicely folded or hung. And even bundled neatly all socks together, etc.

The only such i have with the app is that it will not allow to schedule a pck a day in at advance .

This is probably the best gift I've bought myself in years. Because I'm in autistic burnout my laundry was backed up. I decided that spending the money on someone else to do it was the best thing ever. The service was very well done. My person, Devyn, came to my house a couple of hours after I put in my order. Two days later, I had my laundry. It was clean, washed, dried and folded and in clear plastic bags with a beautiful ribbon. She went above and beyond and I am so grateful! I recommend using this service anytime you need a little help or every week, whatever floats your boat. If you've made it this far, run don't walk to get this service!

I’m obsessed with this service! 4 dogs in my household, large dogs and they are very spoiled. I started having my blankets cleaned thru poplin and they arrive fresh and not a single dog hair can be found. It’s a great deal but my time that is saved is invaluable!

I joined Poplin because my wife, who is 75, and I, who is 78, found ourselves struggling to do simple loads of washing. We own our own washer and dryer, yet laundry would pile up.
