Plants arrived promptly looking healthy
I ordered plants for a bog garden. I got a prompt email saying they would arrive next day. As we were going to be out, I asked for the day after, and hey presto, they got back to me and sorted that out. The plants arrived at the time they said they would , very thoroughly wrapped and they all look very healthy albeit in early spring mode. Thank you

Spoke to a helpful chap who advised me on what I needed for my pond. I placed the order 10 minutes later, my plants arrived in less than 24 hours. A few days later the plants look healthy and at home and have transformed my pond. I highly recommend Pond Plant Growers.

Spring renewal
Mr Hickson was so helpful and gave me some great advice about my pond. I wanted all native plants and he was thoughtful and knowledgeable about which species I should choose. We agreed a shipping plan so I could get some of the planting done now and then some later. The first set of plants arrived promptly. They were carefully packed and protected and all are very healthy and I am excited for them to grow now. Thank you again for all of your help.

Very helpful & very patient as I had problems with bank verification. Telephone call to ask if the problem was at their end or mine. Pleasant & reassuring. When order eventually placed there was an email almost immediately to say item was despatched & which courier it was being delivered by.
