Classic shape, fits for all occasions.
I love the option of different belts.
The size is perfect for a day in the city or a night in the club.
The leather has a high quality, the zippers are smooth and the whole bag has a very good quality.

I’m obsessed with the color
I’m obsessed with the color, variety, style, and feel of this brand! Customer service is spot on and super responsive - helped replace a strap that didn’t fit terrifically with one of my new bags. The City Minis are my downfall. Loyal, lifelong customer!

Love PomPom city bags
I have purchased 4 PomPom city bags of 3 different sizes and I love them all. The quality of the leather, the design, the metal ware and the value for money are second to none.
Delivery is very quick and the dust bag is great. of course the different straps and addons are really great finishing products.
All in all I would highly recommend PomPom London.

Good quality bags
PPL on the whole make good quality bags and sell them for a reasonable price. They are colourful and interesting and a change from what is often available from their competitors. Their customer service is really responsive and good at helping solve issues.

I love the purses I have purchased! I received a stone and maple Portman bags. I like the feel of the leather and the 2 colors. I wear them every other week! The Pom Pom London stone strap I wear with the stone. Thank you for these purses and the delivery service is great

Fab bags, customer service could be so much better
My experience of the bags is good, they have been good quality, and I love the style and design, I own a fair few of them now. What lets the company down is the customer service. The customer service advisors do try, but the systems and processes don’t support good service (e.g what’s app not manned at weekend but messages timeout after 24 hours). And for a company that doesn’t have customer service operating over a weekend, I can’t understand why they insist on doing new releases on a Thursday/Friday. Frequently they have missed out on my custom at these releases as I’ve had a problem but not been able to get support until the following week.

PPL have become my Mrs new obsession
PPL have become my Mrs new obsession. I’ve always said I don’t mind buying her anything as long as I like it, and PPL ticks all the boxes. Great range of styles, sizes and colours, very difficult not to find one you’ll like/love (but certain lines do go out of stock quickly, so don’t sit on it)

I discovered Pom Pom London in April…
I discovered Pom Pom London in April 2026. I've never purchased a designer bag before. It's never been something I was interested in doing. But I came across an add on Facebook and decided to look. Flash forward to June, I've now purchased 5 bags, 3 for myself and 2 additional, one for each of my daughters.
I really like the bags, the quality and the ability to pick additional straps to customize them. Ordering is easy and delivery has been quick. I would highly recommend the brand.
