I was looking for a policy portability and Got interacted with Ankit (PW79390) and the process was very smooth. Due to ome mistake from my end we had to redo the entire process and his senior Yashir stepped in to make it quick so I can get the policy in time. As a long standing user of Policy Bazaar, I have had good experience so far from last 10 yrs or so.

Very disappointing experience with both Policybazaar and the Care Health Insurance policy they recommended. I strongly advise people to be very careful before purchasing insurance through such platforms.

At the time of purchase, Policybazaar made strong commitments about smooth claim support and assistance. However, once the policy was sold, there was no real support provided when it actually mattered. During the claim process, Policybazaar did not provide any meaningful help and simply redirected me to the insurance company without taking responsibility for their recommendations.

On the other side, Care Health Insurance kept asking for multiple documents again and again. I submitted all required documents including hospital records, indoor case papers, investigation reports, prescriptions, discharge summary, and even the doctor justification letter confirming that hospitalization was necessary.

Despite full cooperation, the claim process was unnecessarily delayed for months. Every time I responded, a new or repeated document request was raised. Finally, the claim was rejected stating that hospitalization was not required and could have been treated on OPD basis, which is completely unfair as the decision to hospitalize was made by the treating doctor and supported by medical records.

This entire experience has caused significant stress, financial burden, and mental harassment. Policybazaar failed to support after selling the policy, and Care Health Insurance failed to handle the claim fairly.

Based on my experience, both the recommendation and the claim handling process were extremely poor. I would strongly recommend buying insurance directly from a reliable company and not depending on intermediaries who do not support you during claim time.

Overall, a very frustrating experience. Not recommended.

I had a very good experience buying a Health insurance from policy bazaar. My contact person Mandeep, PW 82824 was extremely courteous, professional and helpful. All other colleagues were also quite pleasant. All in all excellent service

Very disappointing experience with Policybazaar. My claim payment has been pending for the last 2–3 months. I have repeatedly followed up through emails and calls, but each time I am given new promised dates for disbursal, and the payment still has not been credited.

I have also spoken with Mr. Rohit Yadav, who has repeatedly assured me that the issue would be resolved within one week, but the matter remains unresolved.

What is even more disappointing is that while my pending claim remains unpaid, I continue receiving regular messages asking me to renew the policy. Sending renewal reminders before resolving an existing claim issue reflects very poor customer service and lack of accountability.

I have records of policy details, complaint emails, and communication history. Customers should be cautious and ensure timely written updates if facing claim-related issues. I expected much better service and professionalism.

I had a very disappointing experience with Policybazaar. I’ve been trying to book a family health checkup for the past 2 months. My appointment was confirmed 4 different times, yet no one showed up on any occasion. There were no calls, no updates, and no accountability.

What’s worse is that the assigned relationship manager has been completely unresponsive, and even my emails have gone unanswered. This level of service is highly unprofessional and frustrating.

I expected much better from a company of this scale. Definitely not a reliable experience so far.
