I recently purchased a some supplies for my role as a police officer from this website and the delivery and communication was fantastic. Very fast delivery and great communication as to when and where my parcel is and will be delivered. However I purchased a handcuff extender key and this is a fantastic little tool and a great addition to my belt. This extender make the job of releasing cuffs easier. While in the line of duty (probably rolling around with criminals) the screw on the end of the key had come off and I didn't know where this was. This made the key wobble around when trying to handcuff criminals however I reached out to the customer service team specifically Claudia to enquire about purchasing another screw. Her response was prompt and immediate and she has sent me another one in the post. This customer service is amazing I couldn't ask for more. I would definitely recommend and will be purchasing more items from them in the future. A*

I purchased a pair of Ambulance Paramedic trousers from this company. The quality was first class. The sizing, unfortunately was way too small, (I would need 2 sizes bigger than my normal). Which I had seen in a review on line, but thought I'd risk it anyway. I contacted customer service with my issue, they were nothing short of excellent!!! They immediately emailed me a free returns label, gave me clear instructions.
They gave me assurances that the item in my size would be in by the end of the week and would arrange for them to be exchanged immediately.
Unfortunately, as time was of the essence, I had to purchase a pair from elsewhere, quality is not a patch on Police Supplies,
A refund was arranged and as soon as my returned item was received, the refund was in my account the same day.
I have recommended this company to my colleagues, I will purchase my next pair from this company. I was assured that they will be looking into the sizing issue.
I have been very impressed with this company from start to finish, they have sent me 5 emails with updates etc. After sales service is the best I have received from a mail order company.
A customer for life!!!
