Fantastic!! Great customer service
10/10 for pole emporium from me! I ordered pleasers months ago and they were out of stock everywhere.. once I was refunded they continued to check when the specific shoes were back in stock. I was kept up to date with weekly updates usually by phone with Rick, (who was fantastic) and once they were back in stock they posted them with express delivery with no extra charge. They tried their hardest to make sure the shoes got to me in time before my photoshoot and in the end, they arrived in time!
They went the extra mile for me and I’m thankful!

Negative experience
Sent me the wrong item and didn’t even apologise - I needed it in time for a photoshoot a day later absolute disgrace. I have then been accused of lying in this review by the company owner - basic customer service to say “we are sorry for sending you the wrong item” which they never said and are yet to tell me.

Had to settle for second hand off gumtree, the pole itself is great quality. So once supply can meet demand XPole is 5star. Refund was very prompt after I cancelled my order, so top marks for customer service.
