I received my polar dive chiller
I received my polar dive chiller. I already had my own tub without any valves on the side of it so I had to hang the hoses over the edge of the tub instead of connecting it to valves on the side of the tub. The water was not filtering through the chiller. I contacted customer service and they sent me an external pump without any questions and without charging me for it. This was never their fault it’s just a bit of a different setup with my own tub. I was very impressed with them solving the problem so quickly and getting back to me within a few minutes. This is great customer service that all companies should provide but most lack. Thanks again for all your help!

I got my cold dip two days ago and the setup was super super easy. I had a few minor issues, so I contacted support at 8pm and I immediately got a reply. I worked with Tyrell and he was beyond helpful. My issues are resolving. This has been one of my best experiences ever dealing with customer support. I cannot recommend this product and company enough. They clearly care about their customers. I’m beyond stoked.

From the moment my PolarDive cold plunge arrived, it’s been an exceptional experience. This is the second cold plunge unit I own and it functions just like my significantly more expensive unit. The build quality is excellent and the chiller/temperature control unit is easy to operate.
But what truly sets PolarDive apart is their customer and technical support. I’ve emailed them at odd hours—late nights, weekends—and every time, I’ve gotten prompt and extremely helpful, responses. It’s rare to find a company that nails customer service like PolarDive has.
If you’re on the fence, don’t be. This is hands-down a great unit.

Ordered a $599.99 Polar Ice Pod with Chiller, great price, great shipping time. Then, on the day it was supposed to arrive, they changed the shipping address back to their warehouse, marked it as delivered, and never contacted me about any of this. They also never gave my money back so now I have to file a dispute with my bank. It is extremely weird and almost seems like a scam to act like they completed the delivery when they really didnt.

The customer service team was responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful every step of the way. You can tell this company stands behind their product. Highly recommend!

The chiller is what makes it worth it! I have recommended this to several other baseball dad's. I had some trouble with the valves and they took care of it right away.
Great tub, bad customer service.
The original tub i was sent didn't hold air. It leaked from day one when we got it. When I requested a replacement or refund Polar Dive's response is that I could buy a new tub from them at their cost. There was a lot of push back from customer service and it wasn't until I posted a negative review that somebody from management reached out. In the end they made it right and the quality of the replacement has been outstanding so far. Manufacturer defects happen and this would be a 5 star review if their customer service would have been helpful from the beginning.

I am updating my original review to 3 stars. While my original situation (see below in this review) was beyond non-ideal, Max, their stated COO, reached out per my original review and experience. He took the time to talk to me on the phone, listened to my situation, and had a new chiller expedited. He even sent a second tub at no charge, which was unexpected! I am just now using the new set up, which the set up is fairly straightforward and easy, so let's hope my original situation was a fluke of equipment issues. I may come back and bump up one more star if it works for longer than a few weeks!

I ordered the tub with cooler and the cooler stopped working less than 2 weeks from set up. I couldn't get a person on the phone and only received communication via email. They made me ship the cooler back before they would send a replacement. They received the cooler over a week ago and no communication or replacement. Do not order from this company!!!
