Leaving my original review below. But updating to note that the COO reached out to explain the internal issue that occurred and apologize for the error. The company also ended up agreeing to refund my chiller purchase without applying the restocking fee (before the COO called me, but after I threatened the customer service agent with a breach of contract action in small claims court).

DISHONEST, AND TERRIBLE “CUSTOMER SERVICE.” I ordered a chiller but never used it (it didn’t work in my space due to outlet configuration, etc) so I tried to set up a return. They said there would be a 15% restocking fee that is not disclosed in their return policy. In addition to having to pay for return shipping!! Not to mention that all their customer service responses are either AI-generated or copy-and-paste form messages. Dishonest, deceitful business practices in my opinion and I will certainly never do business with them ever again.

We recently purchased The Polar Dive with the Pro Chiller, and we couldn’t be happier with it.

The setup was incredibly simple, and the portability makes it easy to use just about anywhere.

My fiancé is a runner, and I’m gradually getting back into running/working out after surgery. This has been such a helpful tool for recovery. Cold plunging has so many physical and mental health benefits, and we’ve made it part of our regular routine.

After just two weeks of consistent use, we’re already noticing a difference. It’s been a great investment in our health and recovery, and we highly recommend it.

The product is great, I love my new Polar Dive Pro, but the customer service is even better. I had one little wrinkle getting it setup just right and the responsiveness and detail-oriented nature of the customer service that I received both were beyond expectations.

I’ve had my Polar Dive Pro for almost a month now and couldn’t be more satisfied! Not only have my daily plunges been convenient and exhilarating, the quality of the tub and (Pro) chiller are beyond my expectations.

Plus, the customer service Polar Dive has provided has been way above & beyond! My initial set-up of the tub and chiller was frustrating me because the temp reading on the chiller was around 10 degrees lower than the manual pool thermometer I had put in the tub, despite me lowering the target temperature on the chiller. I reached out to the Polar customer service for help and they replied in less than eight hours with suggestions on correcting the issue.

Shout out to John of Polar Dive customer service for his knowledge and patience with me (I got a little heated at not being able to make the water cold…no pun intended! lol) John provided detailed instructions to sync the chiller’s temp display with the actual water temp. A few hours later I’m plunging in 45 degree water!

Prior to my purchase I had done my research (via Google, of course) trying to find the best combo of performance & value in a plunge system. Everything pointed to Polar Dive being my best option. Of course, I did come across a couple negative reviews that naturally concerned me, but now I’m starting to suspect those reviews might have been BS trolls 🤷🏻‍♂️ In any event, I can attest that both Polar Dive and their staff are professional and high-quality in every way.

I run a mobile sauna company so they ease of setting up and taking down makes it nice.

The quality of the product exceeded my expectations, very sturdy and I was quite impressed. Additionally there were some shipping delays but customer service was outstanding and communication was very effective. I wish all of the companies had the same level of customer support that polar dive has provided to me. Very happy with the product and I would highly recommend to anyone considering purchasing.

Such an easy set up and started chilling the water right away. The pro tub is light years better than any of the cheap knockoffs I’ve had in the past yet still a very good price.

Finally found an incredible quality ice bath at a super reasonable price! Every piece of this setup is so well made. In one week in Texas, this chiller has already been put to the test being outside in near freezing temps and quickly up to the 80s and worked fantastic! The size is perfect too - it fits great in this corner/ under a bench and also is a great fit for both my husband (6’1”) and myself (5’2”)! Draining and refilling when you want to change the water out is also super easy with the drain tube they provide as well. We couldn’t be more thrilled with our purchase!!

Crap Brand, cheap parts that break quickly. All they have going for them is great marketing!

So, the Polar Dive product is awesome. I got into cold plunging because of my boyfriend. He owns a different brand that looks similar but cost three times as much as Polar dive. He put this unit together at my house and commented o how easy it was to install, how efficiently it cools and the ease of use. Not sure you could do better than that.

I have been cold plunging everyday for a few months now with my “Polar dive” and it has been such a great product ! I absolutely love it using it ! And the customer service is top notch they have been very helpful and attentive to my questions. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get into cold plunging and the fantastic benefits it offers!

I have been absolutely loving the plunge. A couple of years ago I was cold plunging often but I stopped because preparing ice and cleaning the plunge often was too difficult for my schedule. I recently decided I wanted to get back into cold plunging and that’s when I found Polar Dive. The price point for a plunge and chiller of this quality is unmatched. The water stays cold and clean, the chiller is very quiet, the plunge is comfortable. This is a really good product, even the app is super easy and helpful to set the temp. I have now cold plunged 21 days in a row and I feel incredible. I highly recommend Polar Dive to anyone that asks me about a cold plunge.

There is not a better product for the price point than than the Polar Dive + Chiller combo! I’m 6’2 and got the Max tub, which makes it easy to fully submerge. I also live in an area where I don’t need the chiller year round because the temps get cool enough, but I love the convenience of being able to adjust the temp from the app on my phone if needed. Study, convenient, reliable, affordable.

Product is very well made and excited to start plunging.

Avid plunger here, needed a new tub and did my research.
Chose Polar!! Received my first Polar Dive Pro yesterday, very impressive unit and constructed of highly quality materials. It’s well worth the investment and their customer service team is extremely helpful as I had an issue requiring attention and it was handled to perfection.

Strongly urge the Cold Plunge community to go with Polar Dive, it’s unlike any other company!

First Tyrell Adam’s is great. I purchased about 3 months ago. On this occasion I needed help with filters. I emailed and got Tyrell and he quickly solved my problem.

As for the product if works great. If you are looking to purchase I would highly recommend.

I think the company could do a better job with instructions, how to, trouble shooting. There is very little information, almost no you tubes, and nothing on the web site.

They were quick to answer on email so I would give them the following.

Great product, great price point, great customer service, and technical support. During my initial setup, I was confused as to how I attach the optional “double filtration kit." At 8pm PST, Polar Dive support answered my questions in near real time, and I was up and running by 9pm. I have been "cold plunging" for 2 days now at a cool 52 degrees and I love it. I highly recommend the cold plunge and Polar Dive brand.

First, I will say my unit did not work upon arrival. The chiller truly wouldn't even have water flow. It somehow magically started working a day later. Second, they prompt for reviews by sending free products. I got a whole pod (not chiller, but still) just for leaving an initial positive review.

I am 5' 6" and 110 pounds... and a woman. I expressed my concerns to them and they would only POSITIVELY reguritate what I had said back to me what I had said, (including my height, weight, and what I was doing as a routine), and then tell me to check with a doctor. What typical doctor is going to know the true ins and outs of plunging? Especially for a woman? There is no information given with the unit and there was no telling me in the multiple emails we exchanged that I was doing it very unsafely, which I was, even at 54 degrees. I am too thin and they should have, as a company that solely sells plunging equipment, been able to tell me that it was unsafe. I made the decision to stop on my own after further diving into literature (the very little that is out there) and asked for a refund. They made it sound very difficult to return the equipment, saying it had to be in original condition. How is it in original condition if I've been using it? They also told me they would not cover return shipping "as a small business". Just pass. There are other companies out there that sell things that look literally just like theirs. Don't think you're limited!

I spent most of 2025 thinking about buying a cold plunge. 2026 was the time to make the move! After doing my research, I picked Polar Dive. Set up was done just by me and it was pretty simple to follow some of the directions that I got on YouTube. Polar Dive cold plunge is a great way to start adding cold therapy to your own personal wellness. I think for the price what you get from Polar Dive, Polar Dive delivers! Also, having the wifi access to check and set the temperature is great!!
