cosy, modern, very clean room, friendly staff

was awarded a room for being one of the NHS frontliners. they were very generous. Claiming was very easy. They were very responsive, you wouldnt even feel that your stay was free. I first booked in paddington and had it transferred to kensington, all you have to do is email them ,they reply most of the time within afew minutes. Its easy to make a request for your stay. The rooms are small but very modern, cosy , clean (when i say clean, its really clean room even got it seal as sign of beinf clean) ,smells so good as well, like it was newly renovated. I would commend all their host specially 'THEO' kensington a point hotel, he was very helpful, friendly and lively. Sometimes i would stay at the lounge and would just look at him how he greet and welcome everyone ,always with a great satisfaction and happiness. Our stay was exceptional. The lounge was exceptionally beautiful and homey .Its also a plus that the price of the coffee and their drinks was very affordable, theres no need to go out and buy your drinks. Coffee was 1.90 . Thank you for treating us ,it was truly a grand staycation for us, a get away from all the stress in the hospital. if this was paid. i can say its worth every penny. Cheers to a point hotel !
