Smooth proces. But 1 week slower delivery than estimated due to final distribution delay. I was afraid bed would not look great but it is awesome.

I was especially pleased with the logistic, i.e. organization of the delivery: a test message before delivery was texted to me - containing (1) prompt if the hours of delivery suit me; (2) the hours of delivery had relatively narrow span, two hours (not e.g. the whole day); (3) the message included also a direct phone number of the driver of the van

Shopping experience was nice, the product was delivered sooner then anticipated and the time of delivery was flexible. However the product wasn't 100 % what it should be. Some holes were driled to wide for the screws zhat came with and in one instance there was no hole for the screw, where it should be.
