Ordered at 1am after another bad night and didn't tell my husband cos he'd said no more creams off instagram lol. By day 5 his cheeks weren't that angry red colour anymore. 3 weeks in his face is just normal. Jar is smaller than I expected but lasts ages, you don't need much. Would 100% buy again.

I had a genuinely great experience with Soothey. When I first ordered, I accidentally put the address of my old home and got in contact with them through email. Sussie, the owner and founder, contacted me directly within 15 minutes and she had everything sorted for me in seconds. Truly great customer service and lovely to speak to. The product arrived quickly, it was just as described, and it seems to be working great for my little one. We are less than a week and it is working great.

We'd done this dance before. A honey cream we found online worked beautifully for two weeks — I'd already posted about it in the family WhatsApp. By week four his arms were worse than when we started. I felt so stupid.My sister sent me Soothey and I waited nearly a month before ordering. I couldn't face another fortnight of false hope.It calmed his skin in five days. That wasn't what I was watching for. I was waiting for week three. Week three came and went and his elbows stayed clear. I kept the jar on the counter and stared at it suspiciously.Eight weeks now. Still clear. This is the first thing we've used that hasn't quit on us.

Order arrived, been using it for 3 weeks now and my son's eczema has started to clear. The gut-guide was also a great addition and overall I'm very impressed.

Totally fake product. I too 1 week on and not received my item. Alarm bells rang when I didn’t get an order confirmation by email for my purchase. After checking Spotify - it gives a Yan shipping. When you click on the link the URL Can’t be found. The website is so good so easily deceiving. This will be the last time insta ads get me.

I have not received the product yet. One week on from being ordered. I have received notification though that my purchase is at an international airport, coming from China?! This is made in small batches in a kitchen in Buckinghamshire… another £28 down the drain, I wouldn’t trust to put this on my grandsons eczema. I must stop buying off Facebook Ads they all end up being cr•p from China.

Fake product, no manufactured in the UK. Sent from China. Confirmed with legitimate owner of the UK farm they reference.
