Excellent Customer Service

I had an issue with ordering, due to an issue with my phone. I reached out through the Chat feature, which could not address the problem, and the Chat was referred to the Customer Help Team. I received a quick response from a Customer Help Team member, who worked with me for a very satisfying resolution to the issue.

Not completely impressed...

To start, shipping was very fast, which is usually never the case with anything. Setup was relatively easy by myself....took about 30 minutes. First use I set the heater at 150 but I got inside too soon, I think. I did not give it enough time to heat up completely. I stayed in for 15 minutes, worked up a decent sweat and felt good when I got out. I was disappointed at the heat dispersion inside but I chalked it up to not letting it heat up properly. Today, I set it to 185, let it heat for 20 minutes as recommended on the website, got in for 25 minutes and had a great sweat. However, there was a huge difference in temp from the floor to the ceiling. Now, I'm no idiot and I know heat rises, however, the site claims, in their own words, "After the recommended 20 minute warm-up period, the temperature is consistent from top to bottom, providing a perfect experience every time." To be completely honest, my feet were actually very cool and the metal frame on the bottom was not even warm to the touch, unlike the top part of the frame, which was quite hot. It makes sense now why the heat shield sleeves for the 4 vertical poles are shorter than the actual height of the poles...because you don't need the shield on the bottom of the pod like you do the top. I am going to use it a few more times and see if anything changes but I am already considering returning it based on my first 2 uses and false claims from the manufacturer regarding heat distribution inside the pod.

Because basic physics dictates that heat and steam naturally rise, the air at the very top of any portable sauna enclosure will always feel warmer than the air at floor level. Our high-powered heater is designed to fill and circulate hot air throughout the compact 170 cm space as effectively as possible.

I made a small mistake when ordering…

I made a small mistake when ordering the pod and reached out to them. They responded so quickly with multiple resolutions and offered the quickest/painless way to fix the problem. They were very quick and prompt and ensured me the situation was resolved! 10\10 customer service!

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. Needed them to process match me from Amazon and they did. So helpful easy to get a hold of and talk to. The sauna pod is excellent quality and gets beyond 185. Great stuff you can trust them for sure
