Easy to recycle Tassimo pods at Costa coffee, Bexhill on sea. Would like this to continue. Podback needs to somehow spread the word of their recycling. People just don’t know about you!

Good idea but Costa staff frustrated due to bags piling up because they are not being collected from the coffee shop!!

I use the podback service regularly. It has become so much easier since you teamed up with Costa Coffee. I can drop off and pick up bags whilst doing my shopping. please continue with it.

Podback is great . Used to struggle to find drop off stores for the pods and had even thought of putting them in the bin. This Tesco\Costa initiative is a great improvement and I would hope it will continue after the trial date!

Just dropped a bag of pods to Northampton Tesco Costa, received replacement bag and all very easy

Staff at Costa Coffee in Tesco Ravenside, Bexhill were really helpful and I just handed them my Podback bag to recycle.

Easy and simple to recycle your coffee pods! I hope this service is kept beyond its trial period. It definitely saves time (and paper) as you don't need to print a label! I’ve only used this service in Tesco/Costa once so far, but it was very smooth. I didn’t request a new bag as I had plenty at home and normally order these online when needed.

Every easy to drop off my pod bags as tesco is my go to supermarket and I always drop in for a Costa. This is what I have been waiting for, much quicker than taking to a collection place. Hope this will be permanent

Great service used it 3 times now . Please keep it on after January 2025

The ridiculous, time consuming system of bagging up pods in non recyclable plastic bags, printing labels, taking the bags to local shop for transport onto a facility in Yorkshire is still my only option. I currently empty out the grounds onto my garden and dispose of the pods in my general rubbish; this I will continue to do until there is a drop off point more local to me !

I ordered the bags. I filled up to line. Took them to Costa. Recycled!! Easy!!

Convenient, enjoy a Costa and recycle all at the same time. No need to print labels and make a special journey to nearest parcel outlet.

So much easier than having to set up a Yodel return : hope the trial goes well enough to become permanent

Easy drop off and very friendly barista gave me a replacement bag.

Great idea and one which is so easy for me to use. I used to use Yodel from a shop which was a car ride away. Now I can use my local Tesco which is where I do most of my shopping.

I have taken several bags of empty coffee pods to Costa in Tesco, Ryde now. It's such a helpful way to recycle my pods. I really hope the trial will become a permanent arrangement

What an excellent idea. It’s so easy to just drop the bags off locally.

I have been using the podback service for a couple of years now by sending them off with Yodel but the new partnership with Costa is a great addition and an easier way for me to recycle our pods! This way I can tie in my trip for a coffee treat with helping the planet by recycling our Tassimo pods whilst we’re there!
I hope this service stays!

Great to be able to drop off my pod back bags at Tesco. Fab way to make this system work easily for users.

Pod back still hadn’t supplied our Costa at Tesco, Westridge with a receptacle for the bags, nor had they supplied said Costa with bags to encourage further recycling. Staff here were keen to come to customers to collect filled bags but it was very apparent that they had nowhere to store them!
