Already use pngtree for more than 2 years.
Doing great and never let me down with superb and amazing artwork.
Community among others designer is great.
The best among any other similar tools.

Pngtree is a scam company. You have to be very careful before you buy. Because if you have up premium subscription you are not allowed to use it in project for a customer.

I recommend you, do not use this there are way better options

Misleading information

Buyer Beware. I have had nothing but problems with this company. Starting with MAJOR limitations on downloads, which are a surprise until after you purchase. After you actually do purchase, you go through SOOOO many download verifications for every single download. It takes hours to just download a few images. Spelling errors are extremely common in graphics. Also customer service is not only slow to get back to you, but often ignores you completely. Big warning.

Paid $272 CAN for a lifetime license to download and use their PNG files, now I cannot contact the seller through paypal, and their customer service is claiming I simply need to use the correct login...Worked for the first few months now my login shows no downloads/subscriptions or worse yet, my nearly $300 license gone!!!!

The support mail address is not available, therefore account deletion is not possible. Error message 550 Domain frequency limited.

scam, they trick you into signing up and then ask for money.

I stumbled upon this site several months ago and immediately began downloading my two free graphics each night. Soon after that I started noticing the issues.

One is they often type pngtree.com at the bottom of graphics, which can end up on the actual image. I use these elements for scrapbooking and don't want their logo under the family photos. Thankfully I've been able to photo edit them out every time but I shouldn't have to.

Two is they don't always edit the photos properly. Like a fireworks graphic that's supposed to fade at the edges but gets cut off sharply instead. Photo edited again but again shouldn't have needed to. Or I downloaded an underwater overlay that had light streaming from above and bubbles. It wasn't transparent, the checkerboard pattern in the background that usually signals its transparency was part of the picture. It was useless.

Three, they acquire photos that I've seen in other locations and have already downloaded. Some of them have that faded look that allows the background to show through... the one where the image was photoshopped poorly and part of the image got removed.

Fourth is the appalling spelling and grammar. They should not be making word art with phrases like "Life is better with cat" and "Cats blees this home". The latter was a premium item.

The fifth and final item is they simply don't keep their promises. I used to check my notifications when I started and was thrilled when I got notified that I was getting three free downloads that day. I clicked on the link and it said I was good to go. Then I went to download and had two free downloads. The next day I had another notification, this time for a full week. The end result was the same. If they can't be trusted to follow through with a single free download, how on earth can I trust them with a large sum of money?

I'll still keep downloading, because they do have some pretty things, but only twice a day.

No matter how much evidence and screenshots you have. I'll never purchase from them again. Big warning. Do not purchase anything from this company.

I have been asking for a refund of a PNG not used or downloaded as part of their terms and conditions. Never saw my money and again and no answer from customer service.
So bad - both with the quality of the website and the customer service.
Will never use again. Best way to lose your money

WARNING WARNING......DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. EVERY DOWNLOAD YOU CLICK-ON, YOU'LL BE REQUIRED TO PROVE YOU'RE NOT A ROBOT AND HAVE TO DO THE ReCapcha EVERY FRICKIN DOWNLOAD. WASTE OF TIME. THEN ONCE A WEEK THEY WILL SUSPEND YOUR ACCOUNT FOR 24-48 HOURS, STATING THAT YOUR A ROBOT OR YOU LOGGED INTO TO MANY DIFFERENT DEVICES. FRICKIN BULLSHET. HORRIBLE COMPANY

Captcha every download, don't spent money to this, it require you enter captcha for earn money.

They deleted my account without an email without a notice and without reason. An act like scam. I tried to contact but got no response. My account is less than 1 year old. The number of uses is less than 10 images. And do not share with anyone.

They are cancelling your accounts without any reason. Don't buy their deals. Pathetic service

I recommend PngTree For Anyone who's looking for Stock Graphics, especially with transparent background. They know what they are doing and it's even FREE to preview and USE PNG's. As a non paying person, you get to download 2 per day, use with attribution (no big issue), OR pay to remove that obligation

Great Site for the design elements and the content is good

As a premium user, I can say it's the best choice for those who want png images. Thanks, PNG TREE for giving us such a good service.

To be honest, if you are a designer or artist don't even think about this website! The experience is really worst, they do not allow you to remove your artwork and the withdrawal system totally worst and slow.
