The tires arrived in good condition. The contact and support respond within 1–2 days — it's either AI or in a foreign language, but they do reply. Delivery takes up to 10 days, and I’m satisfied.
I ordered two tires for my motorbike. Everything was perfect and fast, but I recieved two packages in two days. I would prefer delivering in one package in one day.

All was good except of one crucial point for Czech authorities. Type approval /typový list/ is not provided by pneuleader.cz even after specific request. I have to buy separately from another czech seller. I expect improvements from pneuleader.cz to become relevant alternative seller in Czech environment.

Claim problem
Everything was perfect, many purchases without problems, until the first complaint. 4 tires delivered, 2 of which are deformed - it happens. Unfortunately, the seller requires me to pay the postage for sending the defective tires back. I have been dealing with them for 14 days and my customer is still waiting for the tires.
