AVOID AT ALL COST. Charged me over £130 to come and repair my tyre, and when I found someone cheaper (less than 40!), they refused to give me my money back, because apparently the driver had "already put the tyre in the van." Absolutely pathetic. I've called twice now asking for my money back and they're trying to GASLIGHT me into thinking I've got the wrong company!!
Do yourself a favour and go with someone else like Peterborough Tyre and Battery, they're a great company and want to provide a good service, not just snatch your money and run..

I had a flat tyre and when l called this roadside assistance company they fitted a wrong tyre on my car and my car failed MOT the same week because of the wrong tyre. He refused to take ownership when called by the mechanic who did the MOT. He said he replaced a tyre which was faulty and did not check the size of the tyre for the car as per UK health and safety regulations for anyone fitting or replacing a tyre. This man does not care about the safety of individuals and only interested about money. He asked for cash payment after doing the job because he did not want to leave any trace. I wonder if this company disclose to HMRC and also if the company is regulated. The email I was given to make a complain was also a dodge email. Please be careful because this company takes advantage of people including women so try to avoid it.
