Habe für meinen Sohn den G2 gekauft

Habe für meinen Sohn den G2 gekauft, Versand hat ewig gedauert aber er ist gekommen…. Wir haben eine Problem mit dem Akku wenn er voll geladen ist fährt er 3 km und der Akku ist leer, ohne laden eine halbe Stunde später Akku ist voll dann nach 2-3 km wieder leer natürlich keine Leistung mehr, dann wieder voll.. habe das dem Support geschrieben. Sie sagen soll ein Video machen das habe ich gemacht und ihnen geschickt seit dem kommt nix mehr. Das ist jetz 3 Monate her schreib öfters email kommt aber nichts zurück.
Problem ist das der Scooter des von Anfang an hatte und es juckt keinen.
Das ist echt ein Wahnsinn de Firma.
