If you do not want to sign up for membership and pay a monthly fee, simply just select the “normal price” option on your product and pay the 50dkk delivery fee.
I will most definitely use this website again.

Just like many others writing here, I bought a product and was not aware of that membership fee. Surely, I was supposed to read it, but they could not hide it better. If there were additional charges on something, any transparent business would put that clearly on the checkout window.
Obviously, I am not the first nor the last person to write this, because after numerous complaints they still do not change that.
Horrible business practice.

I purchased a few simple items totaling 241 DKK, but was unaware I was also subscribing to a membership with them at 89 DKK/month. Unfortunately I did not check the details on my credit card and didn't notice the deductions for several months.
Try taking a look at the other reviews for these guys on Trustpilot, they are either bad with a similar experience to my own or they are 5 star reviews which look suspiciously fraudulent to me - not saying much except "good service" or "fast delivery". Nothing is said about the item purchased and the other "reviews" by these "people" usually total just one other review where they say almost the exact same thing.

I don't speak Danish. I ordered 4 cans of shaving cream and paid 82 Dkk including 29 Dkk for shipping. I thought I was paying for shipping as I was not a member. 2 days later I received an email which I translated. I found out that I was going to be charged 119 Dkk for membership which I was not aware I was automatically subscribing to. I asked to cancel the membership saying I was also willing to pay for any additional shipping cost. The answer was that it was their policy and I could buy products at a competitive price for another month! At the end I am going to pay over 200 Dkk for 4 cans of shaving cream which I could have gotten half price from Aldi or Matas. Customer Service said that I still have to pay 119 Dkk for the 1st month of membership. This is despite the fact that I will never buy again from them. It's fine that Customer Service was fast in getting in communication but it didn't solve anything.

I made an order on the Swedish Pluus website to get a deal with the membership option, but after a few days got an SMS stating that my order had been cancelled due to a system error.
When I asked customer service, I was lied to as the customer service rep stated that the company did not have the products (despite it being on the website), they did not answer my questions (based on the response they obviously did not even read what I had written (e.g. cited a part of a law that i had supposedly not included in my email despite it being literally 2 sentences into what i had written and answered a 1-page email with one sentence) and were rude (direct quote: “you are not getting the products”).
I told them that I expected that my order would be shipped as is required by law when you receive an order confirmation unless there is an obvious mistake. I got the products on a good deal because (i) it was black week, and (ii) the deal was only available if you joined the membership club at 129kr per month with automatic billing, but the company is claiming that there is an obvious pricing mistake despite (i) nothing on the website seeming to be off, (ii) other products being on similar discounts as it was black week, (iii) the deal only being available if you joined the membership club which is a way for the company to get you to pay a monthly fee and to shop there more frequently and other reviewers will confirm that they are being shady about, and (iv) the company having a day to fix this supposed mistake before I made the order.
The company pointed to the price not being this low in the last month as a way to “prove” that it is a mistake and said that it does not matter if it is black week or that the deal is only available through memberships which is ridiculous and a false comparison because the terms of the transactions are different and the price cannot be compared when one includes a monthly membership fee and the others do not.
In reality, they just wanted to do a bait-and-switch to get customers to the website without having to honour their deals which is a very shady business practice. They told me I could take the case to ARN (which is the only good thing they did) almost immediately which tells me that they frequently have unsatisfied customers and that it a group of companies to stay far away from.
I’ve never had such a bad experience with customer service at any company before and urge anyone to avoid shopping at pluus or any of the other companies in the group (buuks, savve etc). I also want to call out Mary B. in customer service who was especially rude (I dealt with multiple people). I would not have wanted her to be a representative of my company.
I submitted a complaint to ARN and hope that the company will at least honour their decision, but based on the experience so far I don’t expect it.

Well, there's something weird about the membership stuff here. Most sites give a free membership window of at least 30 days, but not here. So to the potential/prospective customers, be careful what you are gunning for when you accept the membership carrot
going to be waved at you here because so long you buy a product on their site at the membership rate, they make you pay for a full month's membership dues anyway regardless if you terminate your membership after a month or not.

Subscription trap. They're deliberately dishonest and sell as wide an array of products as possible because their business model centers around getting people unaware signed up on a subscription for 89DKK monthly.
Since it's not a subscription that most people would use anyway, an honest company would refund the money from an unused subscription but this company's income centers around this kind of fraud and will refuse any refunds.

Be careful! This company is a scam. They secretly charge you 89 DKK each month after you purchase something. You are in no way aware that you are being signed up for a memberhsip with a monthly payment.
They hope you don't notice that you are being charged monthly. I didn't notice until after three months.
Companies like these should not exist and I highly recommend that the owners shut the business, and that nobody purchases anything from this website.
