I recently made a purchase unaware that this is a membership SCHEME. I wrote them with screenshots that the banner explaining the monthly fee and payment terms do no translate when you google translate the page so I unknowingly agreed to the terms. Funniest part is my purchase was index cards so I could study danish but it seem that they prey on those unable to read it. Really bad business model and lack of transparency. Do not shop here.

Well I bought an item and noticed the membership signup deal other users have experienced.
I can't recommend a company that sign you up for a paid membership in such a vague and shady way. I had no clue that I was signing up for such deal
I called them and received extremely good customer service though - order and membership cancelled in a minute, no questions or problems whatsoever, so at least you can get out of it without any worries.

All purchases forces a membership which will be charged monthly onwards, 129 SEK monthly (in Sweden). Will never purchase there again!
I bought a product and then, without any notice, they just charge me 89,-dkk pr. month. They give me a membership I never signed up for and have the nerve to just charge me the monthly fee. Clearly they have no ethics and are just scamming people. Amount may not be big, but the principle is wrong and business like this should be shut down. that goes for both PLUUS.DK and BUUKS.DK. for both the experience is the same.
This is a scam or a fraud. They will take 129kr from you every month like a subscription without you knowing. Its is called "Smurfing" and they hope you do not discover this small amount drawn from you account in eternity. We must all stop this company!

They was charging me.every month with 79 dkk because they made me a member,without my permision. Be very very carefull with this guys,they like to take your money . I don't recomand!!!😡😠😡
I wish i had read the reviews before i order in this Website.
I made 2 order on this website for the same product the delivery was fast and very clean.
Unfortunately i had the suprise that they charge me " times 129kr.
So i write a email and explain the situation because of course i didnt get any email or information aboiut this payment who would come EVERY MONTHS.
SO they explain me that its normal its the member fee and if you dont unsuscribe they will charge you every months.
OK THANK YOU FOR THE INFORMATION but maybe you could have mention it before or even on my confirmation of ORder (i recieve " by the way) so yes you could easily have mentionned that every month my account will be charge of this amount.
I try to explain To the “Agent in charge" of my case but this “person” was maybe just following the " company UNPERSONAL Email answering BOOK" like you talk to a “robot”.
I would have apreciate a bit of empathy because of the fact that the information is not clearly explain and that i didnt understand nothing about this.
But anyway good products good delivery but really BAD communication and please try to have the customer service a bite more human.

Would give zero if I could. It is unethical to subscribe people to paid membership without clear notifications. My one time purchase (and the product, the fly catcher, didn't work by the way) was cheaper than their monthly membership. I was paying for membership for 7 months before I discovered it. I have found that others have had the same issues.
When using pluus you automatically accept the membership when buying something. It will start tracking money (89 dkk)from your card every month as soon as you buy something.
Quality of merchandise is poor and they initiate a membership, where you are automatically drawn 89 kroner each month.
I just noticed, that they charged me 15 * 12$ for nothing

Of course they reacted immediately on Trustpilot, but took some time to reply to my customer support request.
They have to keep the face to continue their shady business, but I proved that my review is based on my own experience.
