Order did not arrive, and shop did not react to enquiries.

This is a SCAM site that charges a subscription every month after your purchase.€100 and 10 months later bank inform me of the monthly payment coming out of my account!!Do not use these scamming conmen for any sort of purchase.They should be in jail for fraud.

This is a scam for a £9.95 per month charge.

I Ordered some kitchen knives that were half the price of Amazon.

The Good:
They arrived after 5 days - exactly what I ordered.

The Bad:
I didn't receive any emails to say the item had been shipped, despite the order confirmation saying I would.
Their website didn't give any useful order status or tracking info - just showed the order as 'completed'

The Ugly:
The packaging was minimal. Just a sealed plastic bag with the items inside. No protective bubble wrap or outer box.
Fortunately the items arrived unscathed - but I think that was more luck than judgement.

I made an order. I didn't receive confirmation, the parcel didn't arrive, they don't respond to email. I do not recommend this site. Scammers.

SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

Company deducted a further 9.95 subscription fee my account a month after the purchase. I did not sign up for this . I tried to access the my account section of plus shop to cancel the subscription but was unable to log in. Email not recognised. I had to contact my bank and cancel on there side email also sent to company to terminate subscription-no reply. Item was of poor quality . I have reported the company for deceptive charges to consumer ombudsman

I recently noticed a £9.95 charge for a membership I never signed up for. I’ve only placed one order with this company, and at no point did I agree to or subscribe to any kind of membership. It’s frustrating to see such charges without my consent.

I’ve contacted their customer service to request a refund, but this experience has made me wary of doing business with them in the future. I hope they resolve this quickly, but I shouldn’t have to chase for a refund I’m owed for something I never signed up for.

Very bad experience.....I made an order of baby dummies and baby bottles. When i got my order at home, many items were missing. I emailed their customer service but never got any answer. I lost money and my time..Please avoid.

Absolute scammers. Do not buy anything from this company. If you purchase an item you are auto enrolled to a rolling monthly 9.95 membership. This is not clearly explained and is an obvious scam and very unethical.

Stay away scammers taking 9.95 from my account a month for 2 years after I bought one item.

Absolute scam. I bought one small item and then automatically charged €9.95 a month! Only realised from my bank alerting me. Do not buy anything from here. Unbelievable they are getting away with this!

Fraud!
They just need your account details, buy one item and without any confirmation or consent you are automatically subscribed to monthly payments. They need to be reported urgently. Big scam.

Just found out a few minutes that this company has taken out a membership in my name without my consent or knowledge after ordering 1 small item! I was Not sent no email no welcome information nothing at all & I have to now go through my bank to obtain the 6 months worth of payments which they have taken!! Please be careful when using this company!! I have just seen reviews from many more people who have had this done to them so Every person who is thinking of using this company be warned!!

Made a purchase in December, they’ve been taking £9.95 every month since. Boy I will f u slap the CEOs loved ones and cause brain injuries pay me my money back

I bought some baby bottles paid for them, now I have a reoccurring direct debit of £9.95 every month which I didn't sign up to. Bit naughty scamming people for an on going payment, would like a refund of the 2 months you have taken out

I bought 1 item then after that they took money monthly €9,95 without I ordered from them again. I think nobody knows the reason, who wrote review here. I thought they stopped to steel my money, cause after 3 times ( 3 months) they disappeared. And now I noticed 1year later when I checked my spendings plusshop.ie 9,95 euro
For what? I call my bank tomorrow.
