I was charged for subscription without being aware of it. A decent company would not do anything like this.

Just realised a 16 Euro purchase has now cost me over 150€ due to reoccurring charges of €9.95.

,Plusshop have been taking a fee of £9.95 per month without my consent for months. I certainly haven't knowingly signed up for a reoccurring payment, and definitely haven't received anything from them. I've reported this with my bank as fraud. But there should be something that could be done to get our money back. Any idea?

Never ever buy in this web site!!!
They add you in a kind of club without your permission or authorization. They charge you £10 every month. If you have a problem there's any kind of way that you contact them. Only email and... As always.. Nobody replies. They don't give money back.

My wife bought something from them in Dec 2023, since then they have taken regular payments of £9.95 for a membership she didn t sign for.
Its Membership payment scam. I ve tried cancelling via my account page and it doesn t work. Had to cancel my credit card to stop the payments.
If this is a legitimate company, which it seem s to be because it still supplies goods, how can this happen?

The shop is a front for a scam.

They sell you a product, and you receive it,
but if you read the fine print, they are now changing you £9.95 per month!
I'm now down £318 without even noticing it was happening.

Avoid

I never received a confirmation acknowledgement for my order, no email correspondence whatsoever, I only knew that the item had been processed as I received an acknowledgement for Royal Mail to say that the item was on its way, also there was no information at order stage to say that placing an order signed you up to a monthly subscription, I only discovered this from reading other reviews. Therefore as I have no order acknowledgement and no details of an account I have had to raise with my credit card company to block any future payments with this merchant

Noticing other reviews posted, I wonder if the reason I did not receive a confirmation email is because this would contain the small print regarding the subscription, which is dishonest to say the least

Really good product happy with the service

I wouldn’t even give them a star if it allowed….I ordered from this company back in December last year, I entered the website through a google search for a baby frame I wanted and at no point did it say that it was a subscription site! I did not realise I was signed up automatically to a monthly subscription, and because it was only £9.95 a month I just didn't pick up on it on my bank statements. Even at check out it doesn’t inform you that you are signing up to a subscription. I didn’t notice for 12 months until I randomly checked my standing orders and saw it on my subscriptions, I paid over £100 in subscription fees. Angry doesn’t come close! I’ve gone back to my emails and have the original order confirmation with loads of small print at the bottom about returns, then underneath, in more small print it tells you that on purchase you are automatically signed up to their monthly subscription. No-one I doubt would check the small print on an order confirmation after they’ve placed and paid for their order and this is how they catch you….absolute scammers!!! Please do not fall into this trap as countless others have.
