This company is fraudulent

This company is fraudulent! What I ordered and what I received were completely different! Ordered high end clothing and got cheap junk! Customer service gives you run around even with photos of what you receive looking like nothing you ordered

JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR...

I was looking for an eclectic shawl collar cardigan... Pluslx had exactly what I was looking for, and in the right size. I haven't received it yet, so we'll see. I hope (based on reviews) I won't be disappointed.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. This site is a SCAM!! I wish I did my research before ordering. What they advertised is not what I got and they will not refund my money. They offered my 10% off my next purchase and then 20% off. Like I would ever buy from them again. It’s cheap quality but high prices. And they want ME to pay to ship it back without a full refund!!! I think they are just waiting out the 30Days they give you to return an item! Horrible customer service.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! RUNNNNNN!!!!!!

Horrible shipping, sent the wrong item. Instead of it being an actual sweater, it was like a copy of the sweater pressed onto a cheap sweatshirt. This purchase cost $50. I emailed for help so many times, they are not to be trusted, do not buy from this seller!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. The quality is poor and the company is unreliable. I purchased two 2XL shirts from them. I received on with the correct size, but the other one was a small even though the tag said 2XL. I tried to return it or even get a refund and the company only offered me a 30% discount on my next order. This is unacceptable. Why would I purchase from them again? We went back and forth with email to no resolution. I finally put in a complaint to my credit card company. Hopefully they can handle it for me.

Disappointed. Not what I ordered

Since I can’t give negative stars I will give 1. So many issues with this site . First the item I ordered was a Men's Vintage Forest Inspired Cozy Chunky Cardigan. The item I received was a knitted image printed on a polyester blend cheap sweatshirt. I wouldn’t even donate this . It’s an embarrassment. Second when I asked for a refund I was given the option of a site discount . This went on for a month . After that they stopped responding. Do not buy from this site . It’s a scam .

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would, but since I cant they get a 1. I ordered a knitted sweater that had Viking knots in it. I ordered two, one in grey and one in blue. When I received the products, neither was a knit sweater, both were nylon hoodie sweatshirts with the knots being imaged onto the sweatshirts. Mine also fit tight and I even ordered a 5XL. What I ordered and what I received were not the same, and had the product been advertised for what I got, I would never have ordered them.

BEWARE! This is a scam

Why can’t you rate a company ZERO? This company is a scam! do not waste your money or time.

Ordered a sweater:
1. Shipping time is grossly misrepresented on their website
2. Asked for a refund after waiting 3 weeks for item to ship and conveniently, the order had “just shipped that morning” and to “wait 5-7 days for tracking info.
3. Finally received tracking info and two weeks later it notified me that item was delivered. It was not…
4. I have cameras at my door, can control entry to my building via mobile device and only have five neighbors and we all look out for each other’s packages…not to mention cameras throughout my building. After reviewing cameras, a delivery attempt was not made on the date or time it says it was delivered
5. Was told by customer service that the package was “signed for” and delivery was confirmed by USPS so I asked them to produce the USPS tracking number (which they would have if a signature was required)…DEAD SILENCE (all of this AFTER I asked for a refund and have the emails to prove it)

THESE PEOPLE SHOULD FACE LEGAL CONSEQUENCES!!! Sham company…BIGTIME SCAM sorry I fell for it.

TERRIBLE product

TERRIBLE product. We purchased a "sweater" and got a poorly printed hoodie. They say the returns are free but then tell you then you have to ship it to china for more than the cost of the product.

All I want is my money back

This site ain’t nothing but a scam. The pictures of apparel they advertise are far from accurate. I ordered a Viking thick tribal patch sweater and they sent me something that’s thinner than a bed sheet, I mean everything about it is horrible. Now they’re trying to convince me to keep it for a 10% coupon like it’s a chance in hell that I ordered from them again lmao. Im an American I will never order anything else in my life that’s coming from china 😡 all i want is my money back.

They will not REFUND

I’m not understanding why you cannot provide the return shipping address so I can receive my full refund for all three sweaters. I have complied with every step requested, and at this point, I simply need the correct address to return the items.

Please provide the return address immediately so this can be resolved. If this issue is not addressed, I will have no choice but to file formal complaints and take the necessary steps with consumer protection agencies, even if I’m currently in another country.

Thank you.

Absolutely horrible company

Absolutely horrible company. They use fake photos of products so what you get looks nothing like the photo. Slow delivery and to return they are making it a big hassle hoping I will not follow up. I will be filing fraud against them through my bank for not allowing it to be returned when the item did not fit and looks nothing like the picture. Do not use them at all.

BUYERS BEWARE. Terrible Experience.
Ordered a product on 11/10/25.
11/13 Requested via email delivery update.
11/14 Advised product was out of stock. Substitute offered. Offer refused and refund requested
11/17 Repeated request for refund.
11/20 Repeated request for refund.
11/21 Repeated request for refund.
11/25 Repeated request for refund.
11/28 Repeated request for refund.
12/2 the following email was sent:
Good morning,

Regarding Order:

Against my repeated requests for a refund, you shipped the product anyway.

I am now requesting a return and a full refund for the product I've previously stated in multiple emails that I no longer wanted.

To be clear, my reasons for returning this product are:

1. Product was out of stock when ordered on 11/10/25. Different color/product offered and refused.
2. Product was going to arrive too late for event needed.
3. My requests for a refund were ignored for over 2 weeks.

Now that the order has been received against my wishes:

1. The color is wrong. It is misrepresented on the website.
2. Package is unopened and in original packaging.
3. I am requesting a full refund immediately to the payment method used for the purchase.
