very poor customer service dishonest

Be extremely careful this company has extremely weak Internet site and Order system there is no way to cancel an order the second it is entered. There was no way to call them on the phone . this company gives the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The owner Andy is curt, petulant petty cheap and immature Andy refused to give me a refund when the site malfunctioned. I had to have an email conversation he would not identify himself and refuse to give me a full refund even though the order have been placed seconds earlier. Shame on this company customer service ethos
