I actually really like Scooters

I actually really like Scooters. Especially the one near me. The employees are always great. Theyre fast. They always give me pupcups unlike other places like Starbucks. What I dont like is the obligated feeling of tipping. I dont tip mcdonalds workers in a drive thru. Why would I tip baristas in a coffee shop drive thru. They shove their little ipad in your face when you pay with a card and say Please answer these questions which are tip questions how much do you want to tip...while they stand they looking at you. It makes you feel like if you dont tip them they will make sure you have an unpleasant experience next time. So you better leave a tip. You shouldnt have to be asked to leave a tip in a drive thru. If that was changed I wouldve gave them 5 stars. But the tipping crap is out of hand and its not just this company its many companies. Starbucks does it too.

1st time going to a scooters in Mt

1st time going to a scooters in Mt. Juliet, TN.
Never going back.
Location sucks, there's a 2 inch lip going in/out you have to drive over.

And I wasn't happy with the taste of my large macchiato, and the price I paid for 3 items.

The ONLY coffee for ME!!

The ONLY coffee for ME!!! I brew it at home, and I visit both of our locations frequently. If you have a Scooter's you should really check it out. They also have a wonderful rewards program for free drinks!
