Rip off merchants.
Plumber arrives and refuses to even turn the water off until we sign paperwork even though water pouring through ceiling. Ambles around to elongate the job significantly. Massively inflated materials cost. Ridiculous admin charge. Took twice as long to arrive as said they would.
Expected to pay alot but this was beyond belief. No response to my follow up email. 900 pound for what should have been a one hour job. AVOID

Antony and his colleague attended very swiftly and immediately assessed The emergency plumbing problem. They were very friendly very clear with the communication. The work was complete completed and Antony explain what work of being completed and pointed out how to use an isolation valve if required in the future. Very nice people and excellent service.

Connor was extremely helpful and polite, our sink was blocked and he explained everything clearly before proceeding with the work, he fixed our issue in no time at all and chased the office staff when they weren’t responding to emails - customer service from office staff could be better, but can not fault Connor at all, 5/5 for him!

Cool it's really impressive.
Our saniflo had a problem with the electric wiring and it kept cutting out, we called and they sent the plumber Hugh who identified the loose wiring and put a new secure connection.
Overall it was a speedy service, the price was clear, the plumber Hugh knew what to do and I was pleased.

One of the worst plumbing companies ever.
One of the worst companies ever. Please dont go by the low initial callout charge of £69, they charge around £199 per hour. I had a small issue of a leak and sealant replacement along with changing two taps in my bathroom.Two plumbers attended and took 5 hours to complete this minor task costing me £1500 +. The plumber did not show me the taps that they would fit despite assuring me that they were the same as my previous ones, however half way thru the job he shows me the taps which are outdated, making me run around to get the taps of my choice.Both the plumbers seemed very inexperienced and took their own sweet time in completing the job. Would never recommend them, better to have your entire house flooded then call these guys.
