I rang out for an emergency which they attended to. The quote ended up being twice the quoted amount. i paid immediately, and they are supposed to leave a gas safety cert. I received a photo of the said certificate rather than the original. I have rang 4 times and asked for a manager, I am still waiting to receive a call back. Quick to take your money but not quick to provide the service you asked for.

I called after finding a water leak. Man on the phone told me an hour and a half wait, and the engineer would let me know their time of arrival and that they were on their way. I received no such, text, call or email. I then called to cancel 40 mins after original call and they tried to charge me a cancellation fee. Operator on the phone got aggressive and threatened me with the police if I did not pay the fee.

Overall a positive experience helped by the knowledge and professional attitude of Gareth. Pricing could be more affordable and simpler.

Engineer came out really quickly unblocked my Sink and gave me advice on how to keep it unblocked in the future highly recommended thanks Ricky

Fantastic and efficient service! Max came out for an emergency leak and waste pipe issue, and I couldn't be happier with the result. He was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything in terms I actually understood, and fixed the issue in a timely manner. Highly recommended for when you need something sorted quickly and professionally.

Scam company that doesn’t commit to original price of the job

I called Plumbing Immediately for an emergency bath tap replacement on a Sunday evening. The engineer arrived quickly, but no price was discussed or agreed before he started work. The company later claimed they sent rates to an incorrect email address. I only became aware of the charges (£199 per hour + £46 admin fee + VAT) after the engineer had already begun.

I had to physically help the engineer several times because he could not loosen a component. I also suggested a solution to proceed. The final invoice was £616.44.

After days of email disputes, the company reduced the invoice only to £560.40 (removing the admin fee and charging 2 hours instead of 3). They refused my reasonable offer of £150–£200.

I did not agree to any price before the work started. Other consumers should be aware that full pricing is not provided upfront, and you may receive a very high bill for a job that still needed a follow-up visit.

I have reported this matter to Trading Standards.

I made the biggest mistake of calling them. They gave me a price on the phone and when they came and did the job they charged me 3 times more than the original price. They are stingy. Be very careful when using such services.

I Call engineer to my property check the Boiler keep cutting off engineer came with a little test pin not even he had a proper monitor to check the system he didn’t even open the boiler main cover try to reset which I tried few time and failed at the end he said I can’t diagnose the fault and ask me to phone the boiler company they can fix it and ask me to pay £82.80 call out charge for nothing which I paid this company is totally ripped off looks like Scammers my advice don’t call them they got unqualified engineers

Great service, the engineer was friendly and very skilled. We agreed a fixed price on a 2nd visit as it the toilet was too broken and he efficiently had it fixed! Would definitely come back to them

I loose money with no diagnostics but instead did what alresy I found out and charging me for callout and diagnostics £170. To actally do the diagnostic check of which component fail the subcontract plumber says he has to charge £200 per hour. So stay away
