Luka is the man, done an impossible job with a very tightly fitted sink

Pros: They will send the person same day, the gas engineer who came to our place was good and well spoken, if not for this company, I may have used him again in future.

Cons: Other reviews are right, They overcharge. Our heating wasn't working so we called them, when the engineer came, the heating started to work, he said nothing he can do since it's working. He spent 15 mins at our home and gave us tips on maintaining it, and also some possible causes of why this may have happened. Credit to him, he looked at everything. We were told, the person will tell us the charges and then start work. But since there was nothing to work, we assumed we are paying 69 pounds of call out charges, instead we paid 226.80. 69 pounds call out charges and 120 for investigation. He couldn't do any investigation at all, just looked around, gave us tips that's it.
3 stars only cos of the engineer. I would recommend to avoid this company especially avoid in an emergency, cos you will feel stressed and ask them to fix & later get a hefty charge. Pay by the hour companies will be much better. We were thanking our stars that the heating started to work, if not, I can't image how big a hit I would have had.

Came home to my radiator falling off. Luka came round quickly and sorted it out. Great service, would use again.

Okay I would really like to thank the engineer that helped me from this company tonight…I called for an emergency plumber after I saw water leaking from the ceiling and initially thought it was from the rain but then it started pouring down and spraying everywhere! I later realised it was actually from a pipe and my room mate was using the shower which only made it worse. They sent a plumber to me in less than 40min and he was the biggest help, a literal hero THANK YOU SO MUCH Connor and the whole company honestly! Fair pricing and big help for an absolute mess

Dan was fantastic- he unblocked my toilet. He actually took off the whole toilet and saw that there were toilet fresheners stuck! Great job

I was charged £361.80 to fix a connection at the back of my sink
and 2 days later it has come away
and water is coming down onto the floor
I find this price is extortionate for half an hours work
completely dissatisfied.

I had a leak in my kitchen and needed an emergency plumber. I called this company and they sent out a plumber within 30 minutes.

The plumber was great and solve the issue quickly.

I would definitely recommend this company

Mike arrived promptly and took great care to calmly discover why my library was flooded. My house has very complicated plumbing and pipe work but he discovered the cause and fixed the problem. I am indebted to him for his care and attention.

The company was so understanding and did send out an engineer asap. The engineer was very professional. Dealt with the problem straightaway and resolved the issue ! Huge thanks!

EDITED to add that, since publishing this review, Luka has messaged my husband asking us to take this review down! Given that my comments about him as an individual were complimentary, we can only assume that he is again under pressure from his management. This seems totally out of order to me but be warned to expect a phone call if you leave a less than positive review!

We had a leaking radiator valve on a Saturday night and so I searched for an emergency plumber near to me. Plumbing Immediately came up and seemed to fit the bill. Foolishly, I only read the reviews while waiting for the engineer to arrive but at least we were then forewarned.
Luka arrived within two hours and, to give him his due, was polite and friendly. He was unable to fix the issue as he didn't have the right part with him but he did stop the leak.
We decided, given what we'd read, to draw a line there and call a local plumber the next day. Luka himself was fine with this and didn't pressure us at all but he did phone his office to report and told us his boss wasn't happy with him! He told us this more than once! I half expected him to pass the phone to us but he didn't!
Clearly the engineers are under instructions to get as much money as they can from the customer. Of course, nobody calls an emergency plumber if they're not desperate and it felt like they were trying to exploit this.
We consider we were lucky to get away with a £90 bill but I would warn others to be on their guard. I would not use again as it all felt very uncomfortable.

The operative himself was competent and completed the work efficiently however, I would only recommend using this company if you are happy paying £450 for a 10 minutes job. Beware of the total cost before proceeding!!

Work was quickly completed and leak fixed. Plumber was polite and answered all my questions.

Had great response time from this Company, sorted out a massive headache in just 30 minutes, thank you Connor!

I paid £300 for an emergency call-out arranged through Plumbing Immediately. The engineer from Ninja Boiler Replacement & Repair Ltd attended for around 30 seconds, said the gas meter was faulty and left. No diagnostic work was done.

The next day my gas supplier confirmed the meter was not faulty and restored heating in seconds with a reset.

When I requested a refund, my calls were hung up and I received hostile messages accusing me of sending a threatening email after I followed Citizens Advice guidance.

I have reported the matter to Trading Standards, as I have now seen other customers describe similar issues with Plumbing Immediately/Great Britain Services Ltd.

I recieved really good service from this company and would like to leave feedback for the plumber, Paul. He was very professional and sorted out the toilet in no time. He was also very communicative and explained to us how we can avoid further issues in the future. Highly recommend.
