The replacement product was good
The product was good, although it was not what I ordered, which was out of stock when being picked from the company shelves. The owner telephoned me to explain, and suggested an alternative at the same price, with a return if necessary. It was a good service, and the replacement was OK, but not what was originally offered, and now doesn't match the rest in the house.

Placed an order and got it the following day.
However there is no means of communicating with Plumb Box. No telephone and they do not respond to emails. I had to go to Google Earth to see where they were and called Eurocar Parts next door to verify they were even operating.
