Competitive prices, shame you wouldn't deliver it all.

Prices on this site are very competitive. Delivery was excellent. The reason I've only given 4 stars is that I wanted 5 items in total yet only 2 of them could be delivered, the remaining 3 would need to be picked up from Bournemouth (I think!!) the day after ordering. These were not bulky items (the biggest was a flue) so I really don't know why.

A boiler cost £25 to deliver, even if I had ordered the vast majority of my other items still had to be picked up in store.

Could be a glitch with the website?

Overall Good Products and Delivery

Overall Good Products and Delivery. I would recommend adding more varieties to the current website as we have to purchase different plumbing materials from elsewhere. Search List needs updating as when we need to search for a product, does not show although it's available. Would Recommend Plumbbox to all plumbers..
