Easy to order, delivery on time

Item and postage competitively priced. Easy to order online and fast delivery.

Misleading in stock levels tricks. Stock was clearly shown in stock otherwise I will never had ordered it, so when I have ordered I was sent email to be notified that they will arrive in 2 months time. Disappointing and time wasting. I had to ask for refund.

Best price. Fast delivery. Item is as described. What more can one ask for!

This order was promised in 1-2 days and took a week. (Single Lady with 2 children- no hot water!)
I contacted the manufacturer and they told me that they had 7 in stock and I could have it within 2 days.
Plumb 2 u just suggested ‘I cancel the order if was was not satisfied’!!

Rubbish customer service.

I had a problem with a thermostat on a water heater I bought I got in contact with plumb2u.com by email and a new thermostat was sent out to me the next day with no charge.This is one of the best companies I have dealt with in a long time.

Prompt delivery, no problems

Having placed an order online I needed to speak to them regarding my order. Having tried to call then 30 time but unable due to call went to answer phone. I then phoned the click and collect company that I had picked, they advised me plumb2u never answer their phones, then they advised me to email them.

Very good stock of parts but express delivery was a bit slow off the mark so still took a couple of days. No problems with returning unwanted parts.

Reasonable price and fast delivery, don't just go to a shed look at other retailers as well would recommend.

Order a toilet seat from them which broke during installation. Despite following instructions, they didn’t care. This seat cost >£100 so simply wasn’t of the quality expected.

Wish I’d ordered from a different company with a more forgiving returns policy.

I received an answer almost immediately.
I confirmed my order and I received it within a couple of days. All perfect and I saved a total of £13 versus my usual supplier of the same product.
