Great Price - Super Quick Delivery

Slight problem with the website when I was trying to order, but completed my transaction a couple of hours later with no problems.
Price of item purchased was very competitive.
Goods were supplied super quick via courier.
All in all an excellent service - thank you.

Delivery was misleading by Royal Mail…

Delivery was misleading by Royal Mail which is not unusual they informed me that it was scheduled to be delivered today 3 days on the trot and it was delivered a week after the order.
The response from Martin at Plumb2u was positive saying that he would chase if needed.

The whole process was seamless

The whole process was seamless. It was easy to order on the website, delivery was free and very quick and I was kept updated without being inundated with communications. I would highly recommended plumb2u.com.

Got my order quickly because I upgraded delivery as I didn’t want hold-ups with the Christmas post. Part was exactly what I needed. Would consider collecting in-branch in future because there is a store relatively close.
