Used Plum and Ashby Fig and Saffron bath essence just once. Left a horrid sticky honey like film on an expensive bath. Contacted the company and received corporate responses with no acceptance of the situation and no help offered at all. Be very careful buying this product.

I have purchased Plumb and Ashby hand cream previously and decided to buy their hand and body lotion on line. There was a slight problem with the item, I telephoned and this was rectified immediately in such a professional and kindly manner, I was very impressed with their customer service. I chose Wild Fig and Saffron I love this aroma, the smell and quality of the product is very luxurious, I will be buying again.

Gorgeous smelling soy wax candles which burn well and no tunnelling, they burn right down so virtually no waste. I received one as a gift and went looking for more! Fabulous customer service, I had a small issue with my delivery and they went above and beyond to ensure I was a happy customer. These lovely candles are much more reasonably priced than some of the more well known brands I’ve had in the past which have become increasingly expensive and also use paraffin wax which I now try to avoid. Great candles, together with exceptional customer service, which is really important to me, means I will definitely be using again.
