Neom are superb and very efficient I had a problem with a delivery the parcel company lost my goods. I contacted Neom customer service and after explaining my issue without hesitation they were straight onto my concerns and replaced my purchase.

I purchased a lovely rosy candle from Neom. It has a gorgeous natural uplifting smell and burns evenly. It is an ideal size for travel as well as for burning in a small downstairs bathroom. The candles smell so natural and are strong enough without being overpowering. The glass candle holder can be repurposed afterwards as they are so pretty.
A brilliant product. The Scent of Happy is out of this world quality. We almost have a diffuser in each room and to ensure we have continuous pure scent the repeat order is fantastic.
Now looking to get the plug in large diffuser in the next month.
I cannot fault the understanding and care from the team. I’ve had a couple of problems, but both sorted quickly and kindly. Thank you.

Unfortunately the product I ordered had been damaged in transit, I rang them that evening and by 11am the next day a replacement had been ordered by them for me, processed and delivered. I’m a huge fan of NEOM products and their customer services certainly matches up to that quality too!

We had a problem with our POD mini where it would not switch on. Lauren and the team quickly got on the case and decided that a replacement was required due to the fault. All sorted within days, very happy
Ordered a wellbeing pod mini plus some oil. Delivery was super speedy, but the oil was missing. Flo was super helpful and had a replacement in the post before the conversation was over! Brilliant customer service. Thank you

Hello- I had a weird experience with Neom Cosy Nights Candle 3 wick . Never had this happen before and we love, love your candles. 2 out of the 3 wicks disappeared with about 2 inches of candle still present and then #3 .
Your Customer Care people were so efficient in helping us rectify the situation! Excellent communication from start to finish! We will continue to purchase from you because of their skills!!!!

Love the products. They look good, smell good and are not full of harsh chemicals! Excellent customer service. Recently I ordered to own address instead of the recipient's address. I emailed them and they resolved thiss within 24 hours and ensured the package was sent to the recipient's address.

Be careful when ordering
I am in the United States and it said free international shipping, which I didn’t take into Account duty fees, which are costly
The carrier they sent it to sent the duty fee and that the item would be expected by November 4, 2026
That is ridiculous and I have not received it so I requested a cancellation because of no specific delivery dateand they are not helpful or cooperating
I will never order from this company again and I hope people living in the United States is very careful because customer service is not helpful and the shipping times and duties are ridiculous!

Have bought and have had Neom gifts in the past and have loved each one of them. The most special gift I received was the Neom Advent Calendar. Could not fault anything in it. Recent purchase a few days ago is being sent to Australia so hopefully it will arrive undamaged.
