This app is a complete scam

This app is a complete scam. Most of the followers it provides are inactive accounts, and the rest are clearly fake. Nothing about the service is real or trustworthy. On top of that, the app makes it extremely difficult to cancel your subscription — it feels intentionally designed to trap users. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this app. Terrible experience from start to finish.

Horrible horrible horrible. I don't know what to say. This is the first time I've got scammed. It said in the website that you pay only 0.91€ a day and 25€ monthly, and I thought I'd only pay 0.91€ when a notification came and said that I had paid 320€, 320!!!!! I couldn't even cancel my subscription yesterday so I decided to try again today and A NOTIFICATION ARRIVED FROM MY ACCOUNT SAYING I WAS CHARGED AGAIN 28€ !!! I CANT EVEN CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION. I completely deleted that instagram account I made and I send these scammers many emails to give me back my money which they claim they can't. I send another email telling them to cancel my subscription and I hope it works otherwise I'll have to deactivate my bank account. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS APP AND EVERY APP. I LOST A LOT OF MONEY BECAUSE OF MY FOOLISHNESS!!!!

Bots only

bad news.... Only bots asked them to remove our account from their services multiple times get the same rubbish answers. At least 20 bots a day non stop. No Real followers. Despite asking multiple times to have our account / ID removed from there database.

They are just bots

They are just bots. Does not help your profile grow in “an organic way” as advertised. The categories that you select do not work so you end up with inappropriate followers and they’re not real anyway. Don’t waste your money!

Utter rubbish

tried to sign up, web site fails, payments fail on card, when trying to use apply pay it wants to chage a full year even on a monthly payment service. Contacted customer service and was told try again in 24 hours, clear cache, history and cookies despite me showing them that they are cancelling the call to stripe.

Yup in the end I had to privatise my account because I'm getting 100+ bots daily. Do not use this service.

Huge scammers and liars!!!

Huge scammers and liars!!!! I cancelled my account on the first day I saw that they were flooding my account with fake followers! And 3 weeks after the cancellation they keep coming and damaging my account. I did take time and report the accounts one by one, a few of them were already taken down.
But I will have to start a brand new account for my business that will not have these ridiculously fake followers coming that are very harmful for my brand. Lots of time wasted!!!

Do not trust it, it is really bad

This is scam, I would not recommend this service. I had the pro plan with promised followers between 2500-3500 followers, and now after a month I have 600 and they charged me the next rate. So do not trust the service description on there website! I also contacted the support and they said the growth depends also on other circumstances, so do not trust this service, i cancelled my subscription for the next month, as I just paid the next month and did not get a refund.

This is a second review. This company is awful. They said they would get back to me in 1-2 business days so they can review my account for a refund on Sept 7th. I have lost nearly 2k on this and I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

Even better- they said they’d refund me and now they are saying they won’t. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

FAKE SCAM BUSINESS

I used this service for my agency clients and DEEPLY REGRET IT! HUGE SCAM! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They send your profile FAKE INACTIVE followers that quickly drop off in mass amounts, causing major growth issues. These followers are bot accounts that don't engage and don't even exist and they REFUSE TO REFUND YOU for their super fake services. They are a scam and need to be taken down as a business and removed by instagram entirely.

When you complain, they send fake followers to give the impression of growth. All followers drop off after a few days... Fake followers look bad on the account anyway, loss of time and money. Don't use

Extremely frustrated

I was promised real followers who would be engaging in my posts. I did gain the followers but they were doing none of the sort. I was also reassured that I wouldn’t lose the followers if I had to stop the subscription. I did stop it and now I keep losing 100 followers a month and after reaching out I was told, that it has nothing to do with them and that they couldn’t do anything to fix that since I don’t have the subscription anymore. It is definitely NOT normal to just keep losing 100s of followers at once, especially if that has never happened before. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Scam do not use

attempted to sign up for a plan, but when I saw the total cost at checkout I cancelled the payment. Despite this, Plixi still attempted to charge me nearly $500, then retried multiple transactions from different companies with varying amounts until they eventually managed to charge me $69.

They claim that because the annual subscription failed, I was automatically placed on the highest monthly tier something I never agreed to. On top of that, they added a $19 add-on I never selected.

To make matters worse, after 4 days I’ve had zero new followers. Customer service doesn’t address your concerns properly; they just respond with generic template replies without actually reading your emails.

This feels extremely deceptive and dishonest. Avoid at all costs.

They are scammers

They are scammers, no refund, no real result, saying "7-14 days it account syncing "; this is the red flag, and no result. They say that if we are not able to give you results in 7 day, you can refund. But on the other hand, the sync process takes 7-14 days. Everything they say is are lie and a scam.
