Everything‘s already been sad about this company. They open up another site Plex.AI so they can get better reviews on trust pilot. Same junk. I don’t need to say anything else. Look at all the negative reviews. My experience falls in line with every single bad review on here. Unfortunately there is really no good company out there that has great ratings to drive in more followers. . I researched it and the highest one didn’t even have three star rating.

Absolute Scam! Plixi Website and marketing looks great; however, followers are fake. No engagement, all bots - terrible for all the hard work I have done to establish my business and Instagram. I do not believe in buying followers, but I wanted engagement and real organic growth. My experience with Plixi:
• Plixi sets up accounts to follow your profile automatically.
• When you check these followers, many appear to be AI-generated or fake profiles.
• These accounts usually:
• Have hundreds of followers but follow thousands of accounts.
• Post content with no engagement (no comments or likes).
• If comments exist, they often sound awkward or AI-generated.
• The followers do not feel genuine and add no real value to engagement or growth.

Overall impression:
• The growth does not appear organic.
• It feels misleading and not worth the money.
• Based on my experience, I would consider it a scam rather than a real growth service.

Over $300 charged for low-quality, ineffective service — scam indeed

I subscribed to Plixi expecting a legitimate Instagram growth service. Over roughly two months, I was charged more than $300, and the results were nowhere near what was promised.

Here’s what actually happened:

The “growth” appeared artificial and low quality

Engagement was negligible or irrelevant

The service felt automated and generic, not targeted or “AI-driven” (tl;dr: they use GPT 4-o while 5.2 is almost getting old, hah) as marketed

Support was slow and unhelpful when concerns were raised. There seems to be zero visibility on the site regarding the plan subscription/recurring/one time charges and no clear path to cancelling modules, except cancelling the account altogether, which is the best thing to do in hindsight, indeed.

In short: high cost, poor delivery, zero meaningful value.

What’s most frustrating is the disconnect between marketing claims and real outcomes. The service is positioned as premium and intelligent, but the output felt like something you’d get from a cheap bot farm — except priced at a premium.

I’ve since stopped using the service and would strongly advise others to research carefully before subscribing, especially if you’re a creator or business expecting real engagement or measurable ROI.

I signed up for Plixi hoping to achieve real, organic follower growth for my Instagram account. However, just 2 hours after subscribing, I researched the service more thoroughly and discovered alarming reviews on Trustpilot, Facebook, and Google. The ratings ranged from 1.2 to 2 stars across platforms, with numerous complaints about the service's legitimacy and effectiveness.

When I immediately contacted them to cancel and request a refund, I was given what I can only describe as a dishonest excuse. They claimed that "resources had already been allocated" to my profile and refused to process a refund—after only 2 hours! This is absurd and clearly a tactic to trap customers into paying for a service they don't want.

If a company truly cared about organic growth and customer satisfaction, they would honor cancellation requests made within hours of signup. Instead, Plixi uses deceptive practices to keep your money regardless of how quickly you realize their service isn't legitimate.

I subscribed to the Pro Plan with a clearly advertised price, yet over 600 USD was charged to my account without explanation. WARNING: Charged $632.46 instead of monthly subscription - Unauthorized billing

I signed up for what I thought would be a simple one-month subscription plus one addon to try out Plixi's service. Instead, my card was charged $632.46 USD without my authorization on November 23, 2024.
I NEVER agreed to any annual plan or premium package. I specifically wanted to test the service with a monthly subscription first, which should have been a fraction of this cost. There was no clear indication during signup that I would be charged this massive amount.
This is completely unacceptable business practice. Either their billing system has serious issues, or they're intentionally misleading customers during the signup process. A charge of over $600 when you're expecting maybe $50-80 for a month is not a small "mistake."
Currently waiting for customer support to respond and refund my money. If you're considering Plixi, BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL during signup and take screenshots of everything. Better yet, use a virtual card with a spending limit or avoid them altogether until they fix their billing practices.
Will update this review if they resolve this quickly and professionally, but charging 10x what a customer expects is inexcusable.

Complete false advertising and it even seems like their customer service they boast about, are ai generated bots.

They say they using organic growth practices and specifically say they don’t use fake followers which is some kind of semantic game they are playing.

Literally every follower I gained from the service was fake. They don’t engage, respond to DM’s, or even have normal usernames. They are the epitome of fake followers.

Further, when you post a reel you’ll get like 2,000 views in seconds and when you look at insights you’ll notice it’s all driven directly through your profile and not organic discovery. Also, it’s only viewed for exactly 2 seconds to register a view and discarded just like fake engagement works. Which triggers the algorithm not to push your content to organic discovery.

This is worse than buying followers and is a huge scam.
