Selling DLC’s that don’t work until you restart the game is terrible. Trying to get a refund off these people is like trying to get blood out of a stone. I will not be buying anything else from the... See more

Playstation has got so caught up charging you for every aspect, they no longer care if you can buy big name games via their store.

The search tool in the store never works. I’ve tried every possible itteration of a ton of games. The only thing that ever comes up when im searching for a popular game that should definitely be on there, is old/cheap games. Why would they have zero call of dutys, far crys etc.? It’s idiotic and the most counterproductive thing ive ever seen a big platform allow to carry on for years. If they don’t shove it in your face, you can’t find it, on app or console.

Refused refund for unplayable game

Purchased a game where it was mentioned that ps plus was required for online multiplayer. Wasn’t interested in online multiplayer so assumed could play offline. Found out that I couldn’t, and as I don’t have a ps plus subscription I requested a refund because I have a game that I cannot play.

They refused to refund three times stating that this was made clear deep in the description of the game. But who reads that when making a purchase?

In my opinion this is the incorrect approach from them as they now have created bad feeling with this customer for the sake of £10. Very poor indeed.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever.
Bought ARK from PlayStation store, it was already known for bugs and crashes. This happened to me, have been back and forth continuously trying to get a refund on almost a $100 dollar game that is full of bugs. They want me to play it till the bugs and crash reports come up to prove this... I don’t have time to play a crap game and wait till something goes wrong with it. It’s a joke. PlayStation store is a joke. I have explained I have a young child and time to enjoy myself is limited, so why would I play a game that’s this bad in my precious time!!

Your customer service is probably the worst I’ve experienced.

Awful refund policy

Awful refund policy. Since these new systems automatically download these games, you cannot request a refund. I accidentally purchased hitman 3 digitally (I already have the physical copy) for the VR component and they will not honor the refund. It’s an antiquated system and they should learn a thing or two from Steam. You guys are thieves!

Site hardly ever displays correctly since redesign.

Since the redesign the website hardly ever displays correctly. Images appear blurred, the add to basket, download buttons disappear and you can get randomly signed out at any time.

I've used both Chrome and Firefox, with add-ons disabled and enabled but it just seems to be random chance if you can actually access the site.

The old site was hardly the best but it is infinitely better than this. A web design fail.

Unacceptable quality

Unacceptable quality (or I should say lack of any), searching anything on their site is a nightmare I would not recommend to my worst enemy

Shady buisness practice

horrible service. Ordered a game from playstation in hopes to have it by Christmas and the only thing i have to show is just an email thanking me for my purchase, tried using their crappy app to request refund and got nothing but a bunch of support id numbers they will hang up until your past the 14 day limit and pretty much tell you to F off they basically robbed me without my product. I know they dont give a crap about my measley purchase compare to millions of other people who purchase but I wont purchase from their store ever again.

Wow, Sony got too big to fail.

Wow, I continue to be apalled at the state of the new store redesign. They ripped out any sorting functions, removed anything that was remotely helpful about the old store and it's been left in this unfinished state for over 2 months now. Sony should be called out publicly for their borderline shady practices leading up to and after the PS5 launch regarding the PS store(PS3, Vita, Wishlists being axed). I like many really want a reason to support Sony/Playstation going forward, they just don't seem to care anymore about the user experience. The Good Ol' Days may be gone forever I fear.
