Deposit to utilise the bonus and 'management' decide it is no longer available, despite advertising it in your account until after you have deposited. They charge 2.5% on every deposit and make it difficult to withdraw. Poor site.

Googled the game action bank on google where it clearly stated the game was available to play but on signing up to play the game it was not available to play at
It stated on there website 50 free spins and 100% deposit match upto £100 so i deposited the full £100 but did not receive any bonus match or free spins.
Tryed to contact there support team through online chat sevreal times which was non existence. Tryed to phone there call centre and got cut off first time, managed to get through 2nd time i tryed, only to speak to someone who couldn't understand or speak English. Refused to give info on who they are regulated by etc.
They charge a transaction fee everytine u want to make a deposit.
The website is poorly designed and very lagy, takes ages to load.
Stay well away and do not give them your money or bank details.

Played fire joker, never ever had such a low return. Took no more than 5 minutes to play through £100.

Awful, won’t let you withdraw winnings without providing lots of different forms of ID’s everything I submitted got rejected and was not allowed to claim my winnings which was several thousands pounds. Quite happy to accept my deposits though with no checks to confirm my identity then.
