I wish I had read the reviews before…

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Have now been waiting 5 weeks for this item. They do not respond to emails or answer phone calls.
The discount they offered misteriously vanished when I pressed the buy button.
Do not use this company, it is a SCAM

Against my better judgement

EDIT: The ear buds showed up July17, 2020. My husband says the sound is good. But sometime a call is dropped due to a poor bluetooth connection, and he thinks they should hold a charge longer that these do.
Overall he serms happy with them.

Against my better judgement, i ordered a pair at my husband's insistence on May 20, 2020. Today is July 6, 2020 and i have sent two emails WRT where these are. Several weeks later I received a reply to my first email saying thry had shipped on May 23, 2020 - with a BOGUS tracking number. Sent another email immediately. Have since called no less than 8 times and no matter what number I press, I end up at the satisfaction survey. I have no clue how good or bad the product is, but if I could give this Company a big fat ZERO, I most definitely would! Next phone call is to my credit card company.

I ordered mine on 31 May and as everyone else NOTHING. No reply to emails no answer on phone. I persevered after reading someone got a refund and have eventually got through to Customer Service and they have agreed to a refund to my paypal account. I will post an update when received.

I ordered these earbuds on May 20th and…

I ordered these earbuds on May 20th and just like everybody else, they haven't arrived.

I contacted their customer service and received a reply informing me that they will be with me by the end of June. Its now July 6th and still no earbuds.
I wished I had read these reviews before I ordered.

I have sent several emails but they are just ignoring me now.

I will order something similar from Amazon and get them the next day.

Stressful experience still waiting

I ordered my Playbeatz on 5th May for a preset and I am still waiting.
I am so disappointed. I spent nearly £100 on products and get little to no response from the company. It’s a complete joke. I would NEVER have ordered them if I knew that it would take this long to come and such little response from the company!

I ordered my earbuds on 9th May (order confirmed). However, I contacted the company by phone some weeks later and was told there would be a delay because of coronavirus. (2 x emails were not responded to). Several weeks later on 2nd July I phoned again to enquire the status of my order and, hearing of the continued delay, I decided to cancel my order and asked for a full refund. The full refund hit my credit card on 5th July. (Prior to cancelling the order I was offered a 20% refund to continue waiting). With this result it would appear that the company is genuine and are suffering the delays that many other companies are experiencing during these times.

THEY DO ARRIVE!

The one star is so people will find this, read this and hopefully get some comfort from it. The earbuds DO arrive. They may take a while because of the slow postal service at the minute, but please be patient! I have 2 sets, they took a while to arrive, they are great, stop worrying 😊

Playbeatz earphones

I ordered my Playbeatz on 23rd April, received a confirmation on the order. They billed me 10$ more (the coupon of the discount wasn't applied). Send them a bunch of emails, and didn't get any reply. I think maybe this is just a scam, as I have never enountered such bad service. If anyone here received any feedback from them, please let me know from which adress this was sent.

I ordered mine the 3rd week of March still waiting.... however I did receive a response to my emails & phone calls. They offered me an additional 10% off for my patience with my first phone call inquiry simply looking for an ETA or tracking #. Second email they explained delay due to Covid but I would receive a tracking # within 14 days. (That was in May.) I followed up the 3rd week of June explaining 1 of the pairs I bought was supposed to be a gift for my daughters birthday the beginning of June. My last email was expressed my losing patience & was expecting a response with my tracking # with in 48 hrs. I received tracking info 48 hrs later, that was 5 days ago. The tracking info still tells me that USPS is waiting to receive the product to arrive to them. Obviously they simply registered to ship them to appease me. 🤬 Not happy. On a separate subject, HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMERICA

I ordered 2 sets of earbuds

I ordered 2 sets of earbuds, they estimated about 4 weeks delivery. That came and went. I tried to get in contact with them by phone, no answer. Sent them an email, no answer. Sent them a couple more emails no answer. No tracking details, no nothing. Then nearly 10 weeks after ordering they dropped through the door.
They work really well and I am very happy with them.
The company are useless for communication but the product is good. So if you order from them, don’t expect them quickly and don’t expect to be able to contact them!

I ordered my 2 pairs on 8th May

I ordered my 2 pairs on 8th May. Although slow in arriving, I did contact the supplier a couple of times and threaten charge back on c/c but to be fair they then responded. Ask them to supply the tracking number. Once I got that I received y order within about 8 days.
Now I have the product, I must say they seem very good. The sound quality is good, comfort etc is good.
Had a issue with 1 charging lead melting on first use but think it was in a Samsung charger so probably our fault. I did not therefore bother complaining and have no issues since.
I’m now happy

Ordered mine on 28th May. Have tried all avenues to contact, email, chat and phone. Not been able to speak to anyone or find out where my order is. Still nothing as yet! Just some feedback where the order is would be helpful or an update.

Wish I had read the reviews first! I've also been had with the discount going missing. Tried to cancel but money taken from account. Ordered a month ago and nothing from them. Like everyone else, I've tried e mail but no responses. This company should be banned from all platforms for advertising.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. It is fraud. They don't answer emails. I was ordering an item with a 10$ discount but as soon I pressed pay, the discount disappeared. I wrote immediately to cancel the deal. I wrote several times and never heard back. Furthermore, the packet never arrived. Stop this company immediately!!!

Got them!

Ordered on 5th May and they arrived a couple of days ago. Happy with them so far. Terrible customer service, same experience trying to contact them as everyone else but they have arrived in the end. Fingers crossed for you all.
