Considering 51 reviews, reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers are really happy with the product, often describing it as innovative, well-designed, and robust. Many appreciate its quality and how it keeps their dogs engaged and stimulated, with some noting its effectiveness even for strong chewers or older dogs. The staff is also frequently praised for their kindness and excellent customer service. However, some customers mentioned that the toy's size might be frustrating for smaller dogs trying to carry it, and a few found the main hole a bit too large, making it easier for treats to come out. There was also an instance where a dog created a second hole in the product.

So far so good

So far so good. Keeps my cavapoo busy getting the treats out. He still trys to chew it but he gets limited access to it and watched. He gets very excited chasing it around.

Indestructible and perfect

I recived mine a few days ago and my Jester loves it. Uses it at least 20 mins a day and sleeps for an hour after each 'play' time. So happy I got this and indestructible so going to last x

Really good toy

Really good toy, much quieter than hard plastic toys and large enough to not get lost under the furniture. The only negative I have is finding the ideal size of treat.

This is a brilliant toy

This is a brilliant toy. Bought for our 8 month old Springador, Lionel and he loves it. We put half of his teatime feed in and he's entertained by it for as long as it takes the food to fall out. (Anywhere between 10-25 minutes). He can pick it up and will try to carry it off but hasn't managed to chew it yet. We always try remove it once empty to avoid the temptation though.

Great toy

Great toy. My 3-year-old Labrador chases it round our hall with her tail waving in excitement. We love that it is soft plastic do doesn’t make a nasty clunk against the furniture. She gets so absorbed, she doesn’t always notice when treats pop out and goes round sniffing to find them, which is so good for her. This toy is worth buying, much better than other treat dispensers we have.

Excellent puzzle feeder.

Excellent puzzle feeder for our 3 month Weimaraner, she absolutely loves playing games with it. Would highly recommend this product for anyone who has a dog. Great price, good quality product, quick delivery.

Our puppy was eating so fast he didn't actually chew any of his food. We bought a slow feed bowl, he worked out that if he tipped it upside down he didn't have to "chase" the food around the bowl. We bought the Roolo and we love it. It's slowed him down and he has fun rolling it around to get the food out. He is a chewer but has no reason to bite the Roolo. Money very well spent.

When it arrived I did wonder would my puppy be able to get the kibble out of the large hole, but I need not have worried she knew immediately what to do. It now takes her 20 minutes to eat her meals. Even a slow feeder didn't work. She gets so excited when she sees me putting her food into it,she loves it

Great for determined chewers!

Tried for the first time yesterday with our 10 months old sproodle who has destroyed most other toys. Big hit with him, made him think once he got the idea and doesn’t roll under the sofa so a big hit with husband too!

Puppy loves it

When this first arrived I was worried that it would be too big for my 11 week old retriever pup. However, within 10 minutes he's sussed it out, he loves it and now has half of most of his meals from it.
Exercise and slow feeding combined, win win situation.
