Great customer service….
Great customer service in that one of the boxes arrived damaged and they replaced it straight away with one no quibble arriving the next day. Very good and would highly recommend and use again.

They removed the best thing about their website :(
I used to love this site because it had really detailed filters by size, so you could search for boxes that would exactly fit a particular purpose. It made sense that a specialist box shop would have specialist box-related filters on the website.
At some point in the last year they seem to have redone the website and completely removed this functionality. Now the only size filtering available is by broad categories like "3-15 litres", which is way too vague and general to be useful. It's no longer any better than searching a general hardware shop site for boxes, and in fact still having such a large product range but with no filters makes it even *harder* to find the right thing.
Bring back the size filters :(

We have recently replatformed in April this year (the box finder was available up until then) but unfortunately the old version wasn't compatible with the new platform and bugged out. We are currently working on a new box finder as a matter of priority and we are hoping to get it back on the website asap :)
