Perfect solution
Ordered two replacement lids for Wham Crystal 60 litre boxes. Items arrived quickly, safely packaged without being over packaged. Perfect replacements for lids that were accidentally damaged when boxes were being moved, which resulted in the lids having very sharp edges that could cut fingers. So pleased I could get replacement lids instead of getting rid of the whole boxes.

I am sorry, that you were not happy with your boxes. It does clearly state on the listing that the boxes do not come with lids and it clearly shows this in the pictures, so I am not sure how this can be classed as misleading. I have also read through the emails and I cannot see that anyone was sarcastic with you. We just explained that the particular boxes you purchased do not come with lids as per the listing shown below;

Delivery was prompt and boxes are fantastic quality, studry and ideal for what I wanted.
However, there was an issue as the delivery driver broke one of the lids and Plastic Box replaced it within a day of me writing.
