On the plus side, the plants were delivered on the day indicated, but the delivery company had ripped and squashed the boxes. This obviously is not Plants by Post responsibility, but they employ the delivery company and should be monitoring their on-line feedback and act accordingly (I was asked by Trustpilot to review the delivery company. I did and they responded but their reply was non plus, they seemed not to care!)

The plants received were 'ok' they were not dead but I had to 'dead head' several of the plants and cut away some of the dying leaves. If I had gone to a shop to buy plants, I would not have picked these up and would either picked some other better plants or not bought any at all.

The card that came with the plants stated that they were had picked with care, I don't think that was actually the case.

Brilliant service, good communication. would Hartley recommend and will be using in the future.

Cannot recommend plants by post enough. They have always delivered wonderful plants which are very happily received! Will be using them for a long time to come!

The plants I bought were sent as a gift so I have not seen them. I understand that they arrived on time, well packaged and in good condition. They are flowering and have been well admired.

The plants were lovely and came quickly. Packaging quite damaged so may be an idea to use more robust boxes.

I discovered Plants by Post through and online search, placed an order, and received great service.
Communication was courteous and the process was transparent.
I received what I paid for and not stock image type plants used by some disingenuous suppliers designed to mislead customers into believing that they were going to get what are shown on their websites.
The delivery was fast and the plants were packaged carefully with no damage.
I feel confident to carry out repeat purchases if they have plants that I require.

Ordered 9 cyclamen, which arrived very quickly and in very good condition. Also received an email which was thanking me for the order etc which was a nice touch. Would use again without hesitation.
