I had an issue with my project, after I logged into my profile, my project was gone, but the wedding website was still findable. I contacted the support and got the answers minutes after I sent my email. They fixed everything immediately by connection the web to my account. The issue was very sipmle - I created my project without logging into my profile, so it wasn't showing up. I higly recommend.

I have just started using this planner and it's everything I want at one place. I'm Indian so our weddings are celebrations for a week but I am able to add other events etc to the planner.
The support is good too. I had a doubt and raised a support request, which was answered under 24 hours.
I will be getting the premium too.

The navigation as a wedding organizer is very easy, with cool options like excel downloading, program planning, seating plan, and many others. Also the wedding website is ideal for bilingual weddings. All functions and buttons can be adjusted to the desired language!!
